I've only used XNSPY for around one months and had no clue what monitoring apps did or what the were used for but after seeing an ad I found them to be quite useful for my situation. I had trouble keeping my son away from his phone because he would just browse the Internet all the time paying no attention to us whatsoever. And it's been a relief as I got used to it pretty quickly as it is so easy to use. I managed to block the websites he visited with a few clicks and problem solved. I just wish it had more features I could experiment with.

Xnspy has been a great experience and I have been using it for three months now. Although I'm not a busy user of the app, but it still allowed me to keep my phone and loved one safe many times. It has quick setup times, fast data extraction which allows it to upload data extremely quickly. The only complaint I found is that the user interface seems a bit dull.

I've had Xnspy on my son's tablet for over 6 months and recently bought another version for an iPhone in use in the house. And I've come here just to detail how easy the setup was this time around! Their iCloud integration makes everything so simple and painless. Although the Android versions could be simplified too somehow. All in all, reporting works great and have had no issues so far.

My daughter is 16 and has a bad habit of staying up late. All the time she remains glued to her phone. She wouldn't take a break like ever and naturally her concentration, mental health and grades were getting affected. And I had had enough of it. Just to be safe, I used xnspy to monitor her Internet history. I was truly surprised to find out that she was spending all her time chatting to strangers on one of those video calling sites. I couldn't have known had it not been for xnspy.

First of all;
You need to have the target device on your hands every time you wanna see what happening there, you need a laptop and SYNC both devices. So, why not to check it by yourself?
That $#*! service dont make sense.

Second,
- customer service every time say a different thing to do, for the same question.
Once, you need only to follow steps with Cydia to install a spy,
Next one you need a laptop to SYNC.
- When you starting SYNC, the program that they give you broke a lot time before SYNC 100%.
- Take hours to sync that on a pc gamer, i7 last gen.
- The website there's no secure conection,
- They hidde jailbreak issue,
- You pay for record surround, that dont work.
- Remote Control, dont work too.
- REFUND POLICE IS A TRAP, BE CAREFULL.*******

You can find a lot companies out there MUCH BETTER than XNSPY.

I brought nxspy for my wifes phone could not get it going so asked live support for help this is after 7 days of trying next day they suppended my account and said i had broken there rules of use ie: spying on my wife i replied asking for a refund as i was not spying on my wife that's there mindless thought i believe they said that before i asked for a return it's just a scam from a cruel company to charge for a service that did not work. There may be some great sites like this but not this one.

Customer care service is worst they don't help you at all. I have been begging for month to resolve the problems but they just close the ticket with a reply to restart the app. They claim many services to provide but only call logs of the target phone you can get regularly. Other services works sometimes but not when you need it.

Its a very primitive kind of spy app. Does not record many things. Requires rooting of device for recording a lot of things. Does not work with android vesion higher than 9.0 but not mentioned it anywhere on its site!

I searched for spy apps and a lot of Google sites had reviews of XNSPY. It turns out Frugal on the pricing side as well. Excited I went and purchased the subscription.

Its a REAL REAL BAD DEAL!

1. Android Ph calls are not recorded
2. No whatsapp call recording
3. Remote Mic option doesnt give real time feedback. It creates the file and take its own sweet time to upload on the site. There is a lag of 4-5 hrs
4. Taking remote scrnshots means the phone needs to be rooted
5. Location is real slow and updates after 10 min!

Some of these are available in free softwares so why pay for a lousy product which hasnt gone any development in last 4 years?

Bought xnspy but it didn't work. I am busy with ticket number 7 now and each time they ask for screen shots and close the ticket so you have submit a new ticket. Now the 10 days have passed and they refuse to refund. Don't waste your money you only get a program that don't work, an incompetent support and a lot of money down the drain.

App doesn't work, customer service is not helpful. I have been trying to get my refund for weeks. There are better ways to waste your money

Almost immediately after downloading the app I didn't like it. Some services aren't available unless the phone is rooted. Once I was able to get some results, there is a delay of a couple days to see texts messages and it was not hidden on the other phone because my daughter came up and asked what Androidauto was for. I was within the 10 day refund policy window but would not get responses. Of course when I message again and I'm well out of the 10 day window I get a response right away stating that I could only get a refund during the 10 days.
I would definitely recommend using something else and one that doesn't require the phone to be rooted.

The software is not stable. It will record phone conversations on its like. For example, when target person tried to call a phone number several times due to the busy signal, it recorded each 30 seconds. The last dial is made through for 30 minutes conversation, but nothing is recorded.

I've always been skeptical of any app that isn't officially available on App Stores but after a solid week of research, I can confidently say that XNspy was a clear winner for me. Since the first installation, the app feeds me regular data from two phones I have it on and all I require is a login to the control center and it just works. I can look up locations too! I did have a little had time while setting up the app - can be finicky at times.

You can not see on time messages or calls. It takes days for them to show up. I contacted the customer service but they kept saying that I had to wait another 24h every time.

Works as advertised. Offers same number of features like other monitoring apps but is priced much less. Need to work on offering free trial.

I am in IT professional and I understand how this things work. Most of premium future needs jailbroke which they don't tell you until you pay. All call recording & logs you receive after one day. Location tracking delayed to 30 min to 8 hours. Tech support don't respond when they have problem. Any problem support will tell you install app again. After install location service will work for an hour then stops for weeks. No Phone support, support don't respond your emails. I paid premium but functions will not work without root. Anything that worked stopped working so many times, I reinstalled the app at least 50 times within a year, Once you pay you are hooked. Not worth money. GPS tracker is biggest joke. My target device show in same place from last 10 days when I know device has been out for at 3 hours a day.

This documentary on Netflix haunted me for days. I'd been discussing with my SO how to keep everything in check in the home and a few days later, Xnspy showed on my recommended apps list. I downloaded it after reading a little on the company and the setup process was smooth as butter! All of us in our home feel much more secure now.
