I bought this app following the recommendations on the web but they never told me that I needed to have a computer, when I paid for it and tried to install it I realized that it was not possible, I contacted customer service within 2 hours of purchase and they told me to read "the fine print" that they were not going to refund my money. After 15 days, many emails, and if the app has not used it, they only want to return 30% KNOWING THAT I CANNOT USE IT AND THAT I NEVER USE IT, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I work in IT and I am kicking myself right now. I was being lazy and decided to give this company a shot to avoid setting up my own forwarding apps and programs to monitor the phone, or adding it to a MDM tool that I use. Long story short, a lot of the features were not working, I explained that recording was not recording both ways with ears directly to phone, nothing in between. Text messages were coming in as "Today" when they were in fact 3 days old. Was not logging my calls directly to the phone which I dialed 2 that day and it did not show up. I mentioned all of this and they were focused on the configuration of the phone. It is my daughters phone and as I explained to the person on the other side of the chat screen, these are basic features and they do not work. I am too tired to list all the chatting back and forth, but OMG, so freaking rude on the other side of the chat screen. I would never recommend this to anyone, these guys are a scam and in the end, they refuse to give me a full refund. Stay away from these guys, I would strongly avoid them at all cost.

App didn't work on the cell phone i had, even if on the website it says the phone is compatible. I talked to several agents and with the first 4 agents the time cut off in the middle of the problem, so i had to repeat everything all over again. Then i had another agent that tried to help and after 4 hours she wasn't able to install that app on the phone. She told me, i'm opening a ticket and a technician will contact you. 6 days passed, no one called, or email or anything. I called to get a refund and you get 50%, even if you are not able to install the app. This looks like a scam. If the company if so confident about the product, it should refund the 100% when the app has not been used.

My teens aren't very cooperative. And I know they sneak out at night, and I had stopped trying before COVID-19. But it's not the same anymore. I've to make sure that I know every single move of my kids. A location tracker for their phones was the first thing that came to my mind. I got Xnspy, and I am loving it. It has location alerts, so anytime my kids go out, I get instant alerts. I also get alerts when they check into geofenced areas.

App is garbage.
-They advertise on blog posts that it works on snapchat. It doesn't. It isn't even an option.
-advertises that it records the surroundings. The reality is that it only does so when the phone is unlocked. So if you send a command to record at say 2pm for the maximum (30 minutes) but the phone isn't being used, it doesn't record at 2pm. It will record the next time the phone is unlocked. So if you think your going to catch your spouse cheating by recording the deed while their phone is in the room, that's not happening.
-advertises that it records calls. It doesn't. It has recorded maybe 5% of the calls made on the phone.
-it does allow you to see and download videos and photos stored in the phones gallery only. The problem is this: They are at low resolution and any media that isn't saved to the gallery (photos/vids attached to messaging apps aren't accessible.
-one thing it does seam to do reliably is record call meta-data and texts on the phones native sms app. However if the user utilizes any other SMS app (signal for instance) none of that is collected/accessible.

Summary, this app does maybe 10% of what they promise. Definitely not worth it.

Best app with great features! The working team behind the XNSPY deserves a bundle of thanks. The smartly created features are the best as they give parents full controls. I was really worried about my boy and was in a doubt that he might be watching inappropriate websites on the internet. But now with the help of XNSPY, I am able to monitor all the bookmarked websites and can see how often he visit those websites. I talked to my boy and now things are sorted out. I wish I would be aware of this app earlier. Now I can get instant details of the activities performed by my child on his mobile.
