I've been a solid customer for 4 years encouraging my family to purchase machines, i think we're up to 6 total now. Solid tech support knowledge, I could go on and on about how amazing their warranty is and how it works with an array of schedules, skill levels and needs, Shane even helped me make some upgrades while it was in for a repair covered even after all these years. I can't imagine a better deal.
Shout out to Spencer with helping me put together my new gaming PC, I am a complete newbie for this type of build. I had done some research on what I wanted but was not to sure on a few things. Spencer looked at my build and made some great suggestions and saved me a few bucks in the process. I wanted all my RGB fans to match and all the other builders I looked into made it very hard and expensive to do so but not with Xidax, the fans you choose is what will be used everywhere and thats exactly what I wanted. I even asked to have extra cables ran for 2 hard dives I have and was told "No problem we will run this for you". Can not thank Spencer and the whole Xidax team enough with how easy this was.
The customer support agent I was in contact with was very helpful, and my questions were met with helpful, authentic information from a real human agent.
Love these guys got a pc a few years ago love it and it's still running better than ever. Special shout-out that customer support witch is gold by the way and thanks to Spencer and the whole team that makes it all work.
Shane stuck with me and even though I am sure he could sense how picky I am, he succeeded to get me a configuration that truly is the best PC I have ever owned in my life. We had problems initially, but their sales and support teams helped me get any issues I had TOTALLY resolved. The problems I had were not related to Xidax but rather the shipper. Xidax is the best PC YOU will ever own. Is it worth every penny. ABSOLUTELY...
I first ordered a XIDAX in 2016, the laptop is still going with no issues but it was time for an upgrade. I decided to check out the site and was put in contact with Shane, they were super helpful, answered all of the questions quickly, and provided me all the information that I needed to build a laptop. From build to checkout, it was super easy and I can't wait for it to arrive! I will definitely purchase from them again in the future!
I had a mid tier custom built by another company. Out of the box it didn't work, spent many hours diagnosing with the company. But, they did take it back all postage and costs paid and gave me back every penny I paid.
Got my Xidax, same tier build and all the parts were correct, it worked out of the box and had it in about a week from ordering. Now we need to see if it lasts, but long story short, I think it's not the problem but the recovery that matters.
PS, my build from the other company is now selling for $400 less and NZXT no longer sells the like item. I'm still keeping Mr. Xidax, hoping it will last the ten years my last build lived.
If you have half a brain then just buy the parts and build your own PC. Had my PC for less than 6 months when it crashed whenever I opened any application. Had them work on if for hours multiple different times and it still didn't work. Sent in my GPU and they sent back a different GPU that was a downgrade compared to the one I had. Said I could upgrade and then told me the GPU I sent in, was only worth $200 when the MSRP was $799. Put the other (brand new out of the box) GPU in and my PC was still crashing. Took it in to a local shop and they fixed it in a day. Told me to never buy a PC from xidax again as they don't know what they're doing or how to set up a PC. Spent over 3,000 for a top notch build only for it to $#*! out on me and for XIDAX to not care about they're half $#*! work. Scamming people left and right.
TLDR: PC stopped working after 6 months, XIDAX couldn't fix it, local shop said not to go to XIDAX for anything as they're incompetent.
I bought a powerhouse computer from them for too much money. After 13 months the CPU cooler cracks and leaks all over the inside of the computer. I had another repairman look at the insides (dripping in oil from the cooler) and help me dry it out. When we removed the cooler we find a huge gap in the thermal paste-the cause of the overheating and CPU cooler crack. Whatever oily liquid that was inside the cpu cooler has destroyed my motherboard and maybe the processor. Initially, Xidax told me that they might have covered some repaired if I never opened it up and sent the liquid filled desktop across the country back to them. Never mind that more components would have been damaged by the liquid. But when I asked if they would cover it if the cause was the CPU cooler they admitted that no, they wouldn't have paid for anything.
So their lifetime warranty is a crock-they don't stand behind their product. Find someone else to build your computer.

I ordered two PCs within two days of each other and the customer service has been nothing short of outstanding! Chris helped me get my orders in and has been keeping me updated through the process of them being built and QC tested. I ordered one on Thursday afternoon and it is preparing to ship today which is the following Monday! I have been kept up to date and sent pictures of my build through the process and I could not ask for better service from both an informational and a friendly standpoint. This is how it is done! You have made a lifelong customer out of me with your reps and your products! You cannot find a custom PC on this level at a price that is this competitive and fair from other system integrators. I recently purchased a custom gaming PC from Xidax and I have been very impressed with the performance and quality of the build. The PC arrived on time and was well-packaged. The components were all top-of-the-line and the build quality was excellent. I have been able to play all of my favorite games at the highest settings without any issues.
The customer service at Xidax has also been excellent. I had a few questions about the build and the customer service representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very responsive to my emails and phone calls.

I bought a Xidax PC in December, the sales team helped me get my build put together easily, even was able to special order fans that they don't carry.
On top of that, they've got a lifetime warranty which is no joke, a stick of ram failed and they swapped it out no problem.
