The worst service security ever have had 10 phones n 5 months all hacked ally money gone they don't care or give two $#*!s abouth there customers it's all a front so they can steal ur money and blame someone else Worst company ever just open ur bank account and let them have it, not worth the stress or mental well-being
I had wifi service and for months things were going well until xfinity incompetent employees allowed Robert Lane steal my account and had my service transferred to his address just like that all he did was email a fake lease showing he live at my address and had my service transferred it took me almost a month to prove that I was the real customer living at the address but finally we had it all straiten out however when I got ready to move in June I paid my final bill and returned my equipment in and thought that was it but then I started getting email saying I need to turn my equipment in I was shocked because I never requested or knew of anymore equipment I told them if they sent another box and place it on my porch it was stolen or sent to the wrong address I don't understand why they would seen more equipment anyways the guy stole my service he didn't break in my house and steal the equipment that I had what purpose would I have to return one box and keep another one this matter needs to be taking care of I have my own place again and want my same wifi service I had before but I can't because this mess that xfinity created is hanging over my head and I shouldn't have to pay for someone else mistake xfinity created this whole mess they shouldn't hire people off the streets before they make sure they're qualified
I CANCELED SERVICE IN MARCH AND COMCAST CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. WAITED FOR LIVE PERSON TWICE, 30 MIN EA AND STILL CAN'T GET CREDIT
Xfinity is a scam! I would never recommend the internet service! My bill has gone up every bill! They even had me paying for a house phone and I didn't know! Worst service
While my title would put a smile on your face if this was a High School year book, there will be no smiling if you get XFinity for your home or office internet. It goes down on a regular basis. Like it's scheduled to go down. And not like... reboot your modem. Like wait for a technician. ALL THE TIME! They have to be the worst internet service on the planet.
Unreliable service for Internet and Cable TV. Have to reboot very frequently, sometimes more than once a day. Have the latest X1 HD Cable box but get stuck on a channel fairly often. "Having Problem connecting to the Internet" is the message. The Internet "up to" 100 Mbps sometimes measures below 10 Mbps. "Up to" and "As much as" are meaningless buzz words people need to be aware of!
I recently received a phone call from an employee of comcast xfinity, who also tells me untruths about billing and networking. He said that on January 10,2022, they took money from my account in December 2021, and on January 24,2022, they charged me for January 2022. The money was withdrawn on 10 of my debit card, which I no longer have, and on 26 directly from my account, which I personally I gave it to them to have the new information and to continue the collection. They no longer raised money with the intention of building a situation to justify themselves. The man is lying in front of my legally obtained facts that when I gave my new information from the bank, they did not charge for that service, and they told me that every change in bank accounts is charged. Secondly, because they did not withdraw money for the other months, the answer was ridiculous, the payment of my personal account was not automated, and when asked how you managed to withdraw from it in January this year, there was no answer. Third, for the services that do not provide me with enough internet excuse was that now a technician will send me, and when asked why you have not sent me so far, and I insisted more than 15 times in 2.5 months, the man did not have enough answers. In order to find and justify themselves, they claim that I have a debt, and they owe me the debt by not collecting money from my bank account, all in order to invent a debt, justify double payment and why I am out of their network every 5 minutes.
Although some TV channels sometimes break up, that's not my problem. We began using Xfinity about 2 years ago. We were assigned a home phone number as part of the package. We soon learned that our caller ID was incorrect. After more than 4 attempts the company has still been unable to fix this issue. If a company cannot deal with simple issues how will it do with a real problem?
I had only two lines for a long time. I added one line 9 months ago, but they added another line on it without my request. My Mam used it only one month and I had to cancel it. I asked them to cancel the line instead they suspended the line. Recently I wanted to add another line and the agent gave a phone and told if I bring a line from other provider, he will give the phone for free. I showed my wife the phone, but she did not like the phone. I had the phone for overnight and returned it the next day in person in March 27.
Now, when I see my statement, they had been charging my card for the last 8 months for 4 lines. I was supposed to pay $90 for two line and $15 for one phone insurance, totally $160 including a phone lost $45 every month. They had been charging me average $263 every month for the last 8 month.
The phone I returned in person also now added as one line. It has been one month now they have sent me a notice that they have not received the phone yet. That means this line considered as active line. They charged for the phone $264, now they goanna add as 5th line to charge me more.
Called several times and talked to agents, I believe all the agents are abroad, but take your word and you call the next day they ask you same question over and over again. No real solution. Thanks to my bank, I am able to get portion of the money refunded but not Xfinity customer service.
This company is not trustworthy to leave the card info.
Have had only a month, two major multi day outages already. Ridiculous customer service. Located in Northeast Alabama.
Price gouging predictors! Internet is unreliable! I've had this service for 9 and cost has more than tripled, I'm done with comcast, infinity!
I have been with XFinity (Comcast) for over 15 years and once fiber is introduced to my area, I cancelled xFinity services and signed up for fiber service. Spoke to the xFinity rep and requested services to be terminated on the same day. A week later, I noticed my account is still active, so I called back and they said the reason for my account is still active and is because while talking to the rep, the call got disconnected... Which is BS... because I spoke the rep to the end and I would have call back if the call got dropped because I want to terminate my services. Anyway, they're still charged me for a week of none used services (I got Quad services (internet/phone/TV and home security) and they refused roll back the actual cancellation date that I originally called... Just be aware if you cancelled your services, CALL BACK and verify to make sure your service(s) is cancelled on the requested date. WOW xFinity, that is how you treated your so call 'loyal' customer...
Awful automated system then you speak to someone in the Philippines who doesnt know anything Bout cable. They are over priced and I am canceling my contract today.
I added tv onto my bill last month and the rep told me it was going to be $60 more a month. It was double that. Called to cancel this morning and they raised my internet bill $50 a month! So, they lied about the tv charge and then when I called them on it, they increased my internet bill. Avoid these jerks at all costs!
They locked me out of community mailer because I spoke the truth. They rip you off. Never the same bill each month goes higher and higher. Go with T-mobile $50 no contract fast speed.
With the inflation at a all time high, and being retired we cancelled our internet and streaming 6 days early. Customer service said I had 10 days to return our equipt. So we did in 8 days.The customer service agent was training another man so he thanked us for returning the equipt. Bit also when I asked him if we owed any money he said 3x's no your all good, in front of his new candidate, me and my wife. I loved the streaming but it jumped from $40.00 a month to $82.95 within the next year.
Now they just sent me a bill, after they swore I didn't owe nothing, 3x, that I owe, $74.10?! I was really trying to come back to Xfinity but will not anytime in the future. We also have a 65" smart t. V. and the service rep that came out still charged us for a modem which I have built in to my t. V. so they were overcharging for that too. Never again from this company, oh, and you can wait for the $74.10!
The home wifi and phone bundle is useless you won't save anything. I ended up canceling keeping the mobile phone service. They overcharge for everything and don't forget the random fees they create. Data drops after two weeks don't bother to get unlimited if you're always on the go it doesn't matter. They have crappy phones (including apple I have an iPhone) So plan to save up for another phone before you cancel your plan the phone you buy will most likely not be compatible with any other carrier after paying it off. You won't be able to use it while waiting for your new phone either your id won't work. They show zero loyalty for long term customers. Also, you can barely get a representative on the phone. You will have to answer numerous robots and you possibly still won't get to anyone. Customer Service is beyond terrible
Instead of doing updates and maintenance in the wee hours of the morning like it would make sense to do, xfinity does them at 9am when you're supposed to be working but can't without internet. It is impossible to speak to an actual human for customer support. Terrible internet provider, if I had another option, I would choose the other option. A ferret with an aluminum foil hat would be a better internet provider, and far more reliable.
Different things on your cable never working or going out. Wi-fi so slow, it makes frontier look awsome. And the price is so outrageous, it's unreal. I never and I mean never encounter a cable so $#*!ed up and outrageous in price for absolutely nothing that it's making me want to go back to my other cable company. If I could give this cable company no stars believe me I would I'd give them five f's. Please do yourself a favor, DON'T get xfinity or comcast!.
