My Mom has been overcharged and her bill has been incorrect since she began service. She called to reduce her bill and they did away with her installation installment and billed her over $700 for one month. Why would anyone agree to doing away with an installment when calling in to reduce a bill? She signed a consent. To quote the customer service rep "the consent doesn't always reflect the conversation or verbal agreement". Well my trust in Xfinity/Comcast whatever you want to call them is GONE!

FRUSTRATING

I've had xfinity for a few years and their customer support is awful. Multiple times i have been straight up lied to. They like to give you fees when they say they're explicitely say there are none, or provide information that's simply not true. Trying to contact a human being? It'll take several tries, but try to do things through their website or app and you'll be told you have to call them. They have the power to ruin your day as a team effort. Need a service request because their gateway keeps disconnecting? They'll send someone to waste an hour of your time, say they don't know the problem and bill you $80. There's no contracts, but canceling before 24 months is a $120 breaking the contract fee. Want to pick up a new modem and ask "can i pick it up at location x?" Location x has no idea why they would tell you that and can't provide one. I never knew a company to be a compulsive liar before, and if they didn't have a monopoly on my area I'd go with literally anyone else, and trust me, i tried. $#*! xfinity, have a terrible day, and is your recorded line to review why your $#*! isn't together.

Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with Xfinity as and their lack of customer service! Approximately 1-month ago I switched my Breezeline service to Xfinity. The process has brought me nothing but problems, and a feeling of regret for changing to this company.

The problem starts with the port, or transfer, of a phone number for my elderly mother-in-law that resides with me. She is hard of hearing and requires special messaging. I was ensured by the representative that her phone and current phone number would be up and running in a matter of days. I followed her instructions exactly as she explained. The phone works but the number did not change over. This resulted in 3 (THREE!) additional calls… each time ensuring that the number transfer would be complete in a matter of days. The number never successfully transferred and I was later informed that I would need to call my old provider and start a new service contract with them to complete it. I asked multiple times to speak with a Manager… this never happened. The original sales representative actually avoided my calls or rushed me off the phone assuming she realized she had made a mistake.

Yesterday afternoon I received a call from Xfinity. Upon answering I was disappointed to learn it was NOT the phone call I requested. It was the billing department. I then learned that not only was my number transfer set up incorrectly, they also never set up my auto-pay, which I did at the time I started service, but I was going to be disconnected for non-payment. It was absurd!

In conclusion, the service provided by this company, if you can get it, has not been worth the hours of my valuable time. I feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. At this point, I have given up on the phone number, but I would just like to speak with a Customer Service Manager from the U.S.

Right now towards the high increase coming from our services for internet/tv/and telephone. With this matter we are not the only one who are facing this struggle./// because the high increase is coming from the investments for manufacturer//
So the deal right now under every provider is towards the mobile discounts
I can see here that you are eligble to take advantage of our promotional offer under unlimited intro unlimited call and text., if you dont mind me asking, how much are yopu paying for your mobile services?

Try to downgrade my plan,they said they did, it went up for double of the price, after I went in person to a store, nothing they could do it for me,they tell me to call.
I call again unable to speak with a real person,I end up going back to the store and cancel everything.
They give us the run around, like we are clowns.

I had Comcast which is xfinity now in the past. And didn't care for thier service but it was the only service available in my area. Then I had Verizon and it was awesome. Now I am stuck with xfinity because I moved and it's the only service available in my apartment complex.bummer. Customer service couldn't help me with my issue which is why I am charged higher rate than what I signed for. They gave me the run around for half an hour until I got tired. They didn't know why. And to add insult to injury they kept texting me and it was like going in a circle.

Every year Xfinity screws with our bill. We have been good standing customers since 1999 and we are slowly canceling their services. Now we are just getting internet and every year the prices change but advertised prices are lower than what we can get. Loyal customers get screwed. This is going to be the last year for Xfinity. I hear good things about Verizon and that is where we are going next.

We have an option right now to decrease the fees of our customer, because of a sudden increased of price our services, we create a mega discount through mobile phone, we have an unlimited intro with unlimited call & text $45 per line 30 per line for two ported number, where is the discount come from? The discount automatically appear after porting a number which is multiple product discount 10 20 or $30 discount varies depending on the account towards your services bundle or dayly price aside from multiple product discount theres Bonus mobile discount which is 10 to $20 towards mobile services, you can use landline number to port in or personal number after porting If you use your own device or mobile phone you will get $200 visa card after 3months using the mobile services, what if the customer ask hows that possible i only have a number but dont have mobile phone? No worries because now we have iphone 12mini. Which is off no charge we deliver it through your doorsteps within 1 to 2 business days.
Lets recalculate.
Its just an assume that you have it now, what if $20 coming from multiple products discount how much per line of mobile 45 substract 20 so its only 25. From the bonus mobile discount lets see $20 discount, 25 subtract 20 so 5 dollars only for a line you will get Unlimited intro plus unlimited call & text.

We switched to xfinity and service has been better but it is starting to seem like the $200 cash card offer might be a scam. It was supposed to take 90 days and we are now on 5 months and still waiting. 3 trips to xfinity store, new ticket opened today…we'll see but I wouldn't count on getting your incentive should you decide to sign up.

Avoid at all costs

I highly recommend that you take any other option BESIDES Xfinity. I have never gone a day without my tv flashing that there is no wi-fi connection. Talked to customer service; they threw the blame right on to Netgear. (Note to Netgear: Xfinity is not your friend.) Netgear spent several hours with me and determined that my router was working just fine. Thank god I'm moving soon, hopefully to a place without Xfinity, but none of this really matters because Xfinity DOES NOT CARE. That's all you need to know. Choose someone else even if they are a little more expensive- your mental health will thank you. Also, my pictures of my cable installation were too big to upload, but the pics show the cable meanders under the grass, over a tree root, through some dirt… Could it be that this sad installation might be the reason my wi-fi flickers in and out? Just a thought.

Xfinity is awful. My place of residence, as well as my neighbors, is constantly losing service. The other day our service was out for over 9 hours. There is never any explanation or compensation. Customer service is terrible. I had an issue I called about 4 different times. Each time I was reassured the issue was fixed and not to worry. I then found out from a FIFTH employee they had all lied to me. What's going on over there? I hate them, but I have no choice but to keep their terrible service.

Xfinity should be very careful with people working at the billing department of your company, who have been taking advantage of Xfinity to make money from Xfinity's previous customers.

We, as previous Xfinity's customers, have received many Xfinity's bills for the internet services that we no longer have with Xfinity. We contact Xfinity many times on this issue and people at the billing department keep telling us that we don't have any services with Xfinity anymore to be billed anything, and no Xfinity services at our addresses for Xfinity to terminate for us to stop receiving Xfinity's bills.
We end up getting collection letters asking us to pay Xfinity ridiculous amounts of money which we don't owe Xfinity at all.

We have no idea what has been going on here. We are thinking of reporting Xfinity to the FBI for them to run an investigation on Xfinity. There is no reason for Xfinity's previous customers to be stuck in such a crazy situation like this, which causes us bad credits and makes us look like we don't pay Xfinity money.
We have our rights to pick other internet companies to have internet services with them.
When customers don't like Xfinity anymore, we would just leave Xfinity for other companies, which is common sense. Why Xfinity keeps putting a hard time on us just because we are NOT interested in having internet service with Xfinity at our homes anymore?

It's ridiculous how an organization can provide services but not have people to talk to on the customer service line. I've waited for 40 minutes to make a payment! TO GIVE THEM MONEY and I still can't do it. THEY put me on hold for this long so I will hang up...I know that's what they do and WHY? Of course it says go to the website...of course it says their a link sent to your #. WELL, my mother is 84! Doesn't have internet, doesn't have a cell but she does have a landline...so where the F will this link go? A LANDLINE...A LAND LINE YOU PROVIDE FOR HER. So since I don't want to know anything about her account, since I have her bill in my hand, know her last 4 of her SSN# it should be easy just to make a payment...BUT NO! YOU IDIOTS MAKE EVERYTHING COMPLICATED!

Well I would say the internet is decent,but the service is horrible. I had internet...good internet speeds minimal lagging,but any issue and weeks to months of problems fallow. I now have internet in my name I havent used and cant shut off.Bills keep coming! No way to cancel service anywhere! Phones are down, live agent doesn't work! Two months later they made me a deal I pay all the past now and they will turn off my services! What can you do? Pay so you dont have to pay more months in the future? This is the companys policy!

Customer service.

Absolutely the worse company to deal with. Billing issues are typical and inconsistent. My bill has gone up 3 times in 3 months. Trying to speak with an agent and trying to understand them is a joke. They have been charging me for a year for a land line. I have not had a landline in 15 years. There are so many chargers and fees and taxes. I hope one day this industry is regulated they get away with so much.

SNAKES THEY PREY ON PEOPLE

My bill was due and wanted an extension the person offered me an installment plan I pay 50 bucks and I asked for a confirmation email and he said he couldn't provide that so he just have me his Word his promise which meant nothing I woke up to. My Wi-Fi off it's something very wrong about this and this company complete liars that was some of the money I had that I didn't really have to spend but I paid it under the impression that my service would not be interrupted. I am looking for new internet providers as we speak
