I have a problem with my bill, no one can help me, I have talked to at least 10 or more people, no one speaks very well, their English is really bad. I am being charged for cable TV, & I do not have cable with Xfinity, I have internet only! My phone number is *******668 please if someone could please help me.
I had an Xfinity Internet years ago and I was a dissatisfied customer then too. I went with another company for a few years and was supper happy. Last year, I needed higher speed and I got Xfinity internet again and let me tell you. Nothing changed. A whole year of drama, not working interned additional charges, and emails that I did not return the equipment despite having printed confirmation. Nothing was good I paid a monthly fee for a whole year and the internet was not working. I called and technician came. They dimmed the fault was not on their side and they charged me $100 for each visit. So I waited the whole year because I did not want to get charged early termination fees. I even called to find out about the specific date I needed to cancel and guess what I still got charged a termination fee. Never again. CROSS-POSTED ON THE OTHER SITES.
Watch out people. Xfinity just charged my bank account $584 for an auto payment. I did not sign up for auto payments nor did I even owe $584. I had just payed a $316 payment the day before. My account even has a negative amount due now. Talked to 3 different people. They said they escalated the case and would get back to us. We stopped the payment at our bank but now a week later they just did it again and this time it is already processed and I still have not heard back. They are crooks. Please beware of this scumbag company.
They have the worst customer service imaginable.! The people are not knowledgeable and do not follow up. I've been asking for manager to call me for more than a month. Terrible.
Xfinity is probably the worst internet provider I've come across. Unreliable as all hell, and they do nothing to fix it.
Xfinity not only has bad service they have bad communication within the company and no training which makes any type of communication impossible.
Xfinity is the worst choice having them the past couple years has been a nightmare. I didn't want them in the first place but had no choice for my area. Mobile service is horrible they have turned off my phone multiple times for no reason and no explanation. Now I live far away from any store and apparently they don't service my area so I'm stuck with the giant phone bill till it's paid off. I can't even risk calling them to speak about my plan or upgrading with internet to decrease my bill or the contradictions about serving my area because they may accidentally shut it off again. Their customer service is so horrible. An Xfinity representative actually deleted all of my photos and videos from my phone in front of my eyes because he was insisting on helping me save space on my phone and said it would be sent to my google drive. Awful customer service. If you call them they will likely not care about your problem and just put you on hold till you're passed around 10x and then they finally shut off your service for no reason lmao. They don't even have my phone number, address, etc in their system somehow. I'm just gonna pay off my phone and hopefully be able to switch to someone else.
Xfinity is not providing the speeds they advertise. I purchase 1000mbps and only receive 250-420. Tech support has been online & in home but found no issues with lines. Why are they data capping? I use lots of data and willng to pay. Just give me what I pay for. Submitted complaint with FCC https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us
Ive never seen anything this bad. I haven't had wifi for 5 days. The tech finally comes out after cancelling on me for our scheduled time. He can't fix the problem so another tech has to come out. I work from home this is completely UNACCEPTABLE and I was hung up on by them as well. I will be switching elsewhere.
They will steal your money, lie to you, steal your money, treat you badly, hang up on you, keep you on long hold times, overcharge you, and literally do everything wrong and awful to drive you crazy and end up hating them. Save your sanity, time and money. GET ATT INSTEAD! I am saving money, they are straight forward, no hold times, excellent customer service, amazing rewards, no surprises, and lots of smiles. You will not be saving with Xfinity you will be driving yourself crazy for false promises. They will commit fraud with your banking inforamtion and take your money. Stay way!
I always had problems with Internet connection and speed. The automated system is horrible and never lets you connect to a real person. I was paying for 800 mbps and seldom got better than 90. When I would call to complain, they would blame it on my own modem. That would be after spending so much time "arguing" with the automated system to let me talk to a real person. I finally cut them off and went to AT&T who rally give you your own dedicated internet line and you would get the mbps you are paying for.
It is nearly impossible to get ahold of an agent. They screwed me over and added a bunch of random fees AFTER MY CONTRACT ENDED AND I CANCELED MY SERVICES. The agents don't know what they're talking about and miscommunicate. This place is a JOKE
Awful. Just plain awful. I'd rather just rate Comcast -5 stars because this company is plain evil at this point. Their internet service is an absolute f*cking scam, I've been using Xfinity internet for quite a while, and it's the worst thing that I've been using in my entire life, at least I have t mobile as my cellular carrier, and who knows maybe I can have them as my internet provider as well
I was a mobile and internet customer for over two years. Moved to a state that xfinity wasnt in so my bill skyrocketed. I had to switch carriers. For weeks I was on hold, spoke with management, chatted, texted and everyone told me they would help but no one did. I live 309 miles from the nearest store and everyone I talked to told me to go to the store cause they couldn't help me. I simply needed a detailed bill and copies of my DPPs. I'm disgusted with this company and will never do business with them again. They have cost me about a grand that I was supposed to get back on promotion with the new carrier but they couldn't provide me with simple information and I was cut off from obtaining anything online.
Unable to contact a live agent for down service for hours. Twice in 7 days.

While Xfinity internet is cheap and fast down and uploads. It is the absolute worse when it comes to being secure. The easiest to hack and for cyber crimes takeovers. The fraud dept and the customer care team do not care about their customers or what is happening to them even tho they harp on how secure you are. It is a lie. I've had them over 10 yrs and I was hacked 1 yr ago. They have never helped secure my account, my cameras,my internet or anything and it has totally ruined my life. All they can say is I'm sorry let me transfer you to someone who can help and settle this now. You get transferred 6 times then hung up on and no one ever calls you back. But wants you to continue paying while you are being raped. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Specially if you want to keep your home safe from prying eyes and ears...My whole life has been ruined by Xfinity and my savings account deleted. Thanks Xfinity for allowing me to be raped in every since of the word. You are an embarrassment to business through out the USA. I've now had to get the FBI involved...
I am a customer for years that have cut Cable Now Having Problems with your internet when you try reaching someone you go through your Robotic Automated Service to be then Transfered to A Rep that has No knowledge of what they are talking about My Issue Never Got Resolved & I Am Seriously Looking at Another Provider You Guys Suck
Xfinity is the worst service in the world. My cable line is melted and it's melted going to my box apparently they do not put that as priority. My home is at risk of fire and I've been trying to get someone here since 7am this morning its 7pm now they have no technicians available. They are putting my life and home at risk. This is a fire hazard that should have been top priority. Since they don't think so im gonna escalate my bbb complaint. As safety should be first priority for Any company.
My family was with Comcast for as long as I can remember, so I had been with this service twice for 3 years. My first time using Xfinity for myself wasn't bad, although I had a sales rep who called me while I was at work and tried to upsell me and refused to take no for an answer. My second time, unfortunately, became my last time using their services. I chose to get their mobile services along with my internet and paid for the unlimited data, which is advertised at only $50/month. I paid $50 for the internet and $50 for the phone bill. However, when I moved in with my partner, who is using Century Link, I had to cancel my internet service. Xfinity increased my phone bill to $75 a month!
Because my phone bill was ridiculously expensive, I then decided to switch phone services, but Xfinity decided they would make it difficult for me to transfer my phone number. I was required to request a security PIN from Xfinity so Metro could transfer my number, and they were supposed to send it to me via text. No matter how many times I requested a PIN, Xfinity would not text me the PIN. I went through their customer service, both online and through the phone. The online customer support refused to give me the PIN via online chat but told me they would have a rep call me within 5 minutes to give me my PIN. I waited half an hour and no call. So then I called them and was on the phone for the next hour and a half, explaining multiple times to multiple people Xfinity wouldn't give me my PIN, and was bounced around to 3 different departments before someone told me to go to one of the stores. I did this, only for Xfinity to waste more of my time because the sales rep there could not access my PIN. She referred me back to customer service. By then I had had enough of dealing with their lousy customer service, so I chose to cancel my service and forfeit my number. This took
YET ANOTHER HOUR. And now I have to go around and call companies to inform them my phone number has changed just so I can access my accounts!
As a result, I will no longer be using this company for any services from now on.
On March 22, I called to apply an acp number ( which I was approved since 2/20)I was transferred without telling me why I was being transferred 6 times and then a representative from the billing tells me she will apply a $15 credit and then hangs up on me. When I called back (to only reach another representative) she stated that the representative that hung up on me attempted to call back twice( LIES.LIES)and that she never notated that she was going credit my account. I'm pissed because Xfinity customer service grinds my gears on how unprofessional they are, I've been a loyal customer and I've never went through so much frustration. Beware of constant pauses( quiet) while on calls due to the rep putting you on mute and then disconnecting the calls
