The new box exfinity requires only allows the pairing of one remote.
The customer service chief when asked if the box could be reprogrammed to allow multiple remotes and his answer was no way Jose.
Essentially Tom Karenshak doesn't care about the needs of his customers
My wife and I sit apart in two chairs and we are use to each having a remote. Now we are jumping up to get the remote when one of us takes leave for a few minutes.

I called Xfinity to inform them my prerecorded programs were incorrectly recording wrong programs as 4/30. They told me there is an issue that should be resolved by 5/6. Then stated would increase my internet speed by 400mps and nothing would change.BUT INFACT IT DID. She reduced my DVR service from
150hrs to 20hrs, internet speed did increase from 400 to 800. So, my service did change. I watch basically by DVR, this is totally unacceptable. Why lie? So now I had to contact them again to get my original service back. What ever you do don't call them, they lie. Every single time I called they have really never helped but caused issues. If I could. I would get rid of this service. Once and for all! They don't care how long you have been with them, it's only about the money. I just think I being
One person paying way too much for the service,($200 a month) just imagine a million people or way more paying what I pay. What a profit!

You cannot fill out the application if you do not have access to a scanner to upload required documents to prove eligibility. Four emails have been sent to the program which replies with the same email. The email does not answer any specific question asked. Bot? If you call, you get the automated system. When you ht the option to speak to a rep, first you are given your wait time and the next message is to call back during their normal business hours. The call was placed well within their working hours. So you cannot get an answer via email or phone. Don't really know if I qualify but at this point I'm wondering if the aggravation is worth the possible $30 discount.

I am paying for 100 Mbps internet. I am currently getting.5 Mbps. Do you see the.(point)? When I tried to call them, you get put into a circular question phone chain that does not allow you to talk to anyone. After 45 minutes I finally got to talk to someone. I scheduled an appointment with that representative. I left work early to be there for the technicain. When they did not show up I started the 45 minute process again. After talking to that representative, they said I did "NOT" have an appointment. What a POS company!

L received a call from comcast offering me a free phone.l asked what the fee was for my husband to get a phone and was told 27 dollars. We had cricket service at 60.dollars total.l was told our fee would be no more than what we were paying.we were billed $232.for one monthand $295.for the next month.l called after the first bill,l was told l was on a one g plan and l went over that. L never agreed to that or even knew about it till that call.l called again and spoke to an agent who told me there was no record.of my call.l have since called again and was told l could not speak to anyone in charge,that it was all done by email and l would be contacted in a week or two.what kind of buisness are you running when we can no longer speak to your representatives on a phone?l have canceled my credit card because of the over charges.this is fraud.other people need to be aware.lf you care at all about this situation you will call me.

To get a human rep is almost impossible and when you do they are either not equipped or trained to assist you with your problem. I think they do this on purpose so you give up.

Went though 30 minutes of bogus robot text! Literally chased my tail. To actually get a hold Of a representative you have to say, "cancel my service". Then the dangest thing will happen… someone will answer. PATHETIC and DISAPPOINTING!

Every single month after I make my payment, the day after or the next, I come home from work to NO internet. It's like they're saying, got your money, so now they cut me off to speed someone else's internet up. Every month, when I finally get a human, it's "we'll credit yor account". I've yet to see any credit! Done with this crap!

TERRIBLE!

I had to get rid of some channels to make my payment manageable so my bill was 146$ for one month which was good. Now the next month it is up to 160$. I don't know how this company gets away with this. Also, they monopolize the area I live in ******* so I have no other choices. Is this even legal? I only gave them 1-star because I had to.

I have to spend 30 min to an hour every 3 months on the phone trying to get a rep for help. My bill constantly jumps from month to month. In Feb I adjusted the bill to 115 a month. Just got this bill in April for 174. There have been no changes in the account other than this company constantly trying to steal from its customers.

The worst service a customer can have! A service without quality and with exorbitant prices. They are unscrupulous thieves, they steal from their customers. I closed my account with them and they still kept charging me for 2 months when I complained to them according to the supervisor Abraham, they couldn't do anything. The same television and cable, as mobile telephony. The worst company!
El peor servicio que pueda tener un cliente en todos los sentidos. El internet constantemente con interrupciones y el servicio de telefonia movil. Son mas las veces que uno esta sin servicio que las que realmente lo tiene. Decido cambiarme de compañia por el pesimo servicio y dos meses despues estoy recibiendo billes de ellos. Hablas con un supervisor y sin respuesta, ni solucion favorable al cliente. Es horrible tener que lidiar con ellos!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from any company! The service they provide is good, but they do not care about the customer. I would not recommend to anyone to switch! They sent me the box's for a new customer and they were the wrong box's, they convinced me to switch from T-Mobile to xfinity BYOD, and they could not figure out how to get the number ported and charged me for a new phone. You are nothing but a number to them!

I have been with Xfinity for over 7 years. We move this week to a town where they don't offer service. So I had to cancel my account with them and search for a new service. When I received my bill, the day after I canceled it, they already charged my for the equipment returned, and a termination fee. When I called them about these changes, they told me that they changed me a termination fee, because I cancelled my contract before the end date. The more I explained that I wouldn't if they could provide me with service. They confirmed again that they don't offer service in my new area, but I still need to pay the termination fee. They also told me I can take the equipment back as soon as I have the time, but they didn't even gave me 24hrs to do that… I did try to give it back 2 days later, but then I had to get into a queue and wait 30-45 minutes before they could help me. Sorry it's my lunch time, I don't have all day to waste my time trying to give you your equipment back…
Pathetic to say the lease, will never use them again or ever recommend them….

It's sad when a big company doesn't care about people just money... Shut my service off and I rely on that for getting my meds and dealing with drs internet is a necessity it is imperative that people have this service with doctors and people relying on the internet people need the Internet nowadays it's no longer a luxury...

Speed in great, content is fine. When calliing tech support 20 min wait time then 10 of testing which was not needed or already done. No prompt to speak to a live person, Several dropped call where you have to start over. Last tech wait time was 1hr 29 min...not a way to run a business

Called in for transfer pin. Agent got mad cuz I asked to be transfered. She then got loud and I gotnliud telling her don't yell like im a $#*!ing child. They she hung up after suspending my acct. By end of year all 7 phone lines and cable/interent will be switch after 6yrs of no late payments or nothing
