I cancelled the plan, returned everything and was told i wont be charged from next month. Its been 3 months, every month i have to call and ask for refund. I put in 1 hour every month to to do, looks like its going to be for life

Not only can you Not get a human they give you one way to pay with credit or debit so if you don't have those they shut you off, I am 70 can't see well just out of the hospital and they terminated my service and I was unable to pay due to restrictions, Do not buy their over priced shifty unfriendly product WORST EVER!

I have wasted hours trying to talk to someone who knows how to explain my bill and no one can tell me something rational to mention Isaac, Luis, ect. Because talking to a Supervisor is impossible! I am platinum supposedly my bill has reached almost $300.00 and after I have cut part of my programming and help from the $30.00 from the Gov. I paid $164.00 for a single month, now again my bill has risen to more than $200.00 without any explanation, I feel totally cheated! And I will arrive where necessary.

I ordered this month through Spectrum which connected me to xfinity as they stated Xfinity service my area. I had services set up for May. I couldnt figure out how to set up internet and cable so I set up a tech appointment for tech to come out. A few days later the tech arrive to tell me that the cord outside was cut and now its fixed so my internet works. He then tell me that I have the wrong boxes and that I need wifi boxes for my cable so I have to return it to the store and get the wifi boxes and download the app to view it. I am trying to get the app on my tv and cant figure this out. I called xfinity and cant get a live person. I called the number on my bill and got the resolution team who is trying to sell me something. Are you serious. I got a bill already but have yet to fully use their service other than the internet. This is mind blowing

Do not get Xfinity they take weeks to come fix something! That don't get fixed. I spent more time on the phone trying to keep it going than I've watched… I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND XFINITY TO ANYONE… All my siblings have went to rocu Tv. I will as well tomorrow morning…

Do NOT switch to this plan. My phone stopped working for a week and a half in the process of switching to this plan. None of the support team speaks English and are completely useless. Now my data is super slow and today I cannot make calls to anyone, a day I needed my phone the most. I know that when I reach out to customer service they will be useless as hell.

I call for tech support because I have already the steps of restarting my modem and attempting to update, which none of those things help at all. I can't even get to a damn human. The stupid voice prompts forces a restart of my modem and then hangs up on me stating that I'll get a call back in ten minutes. THIS STEP IS REDUNDANT and I want to just speak with a damn human because WTF?! Instead of making me wait for something I know it's going to work, why not verify with me first if I've already restarted, etc so I can get the damn issue resolved?! Absolutely USELESS and time consuming. I pay enough to talk to a HUMAN rather than their POS voice prompt. EVERYTIME I call them I end up wanting to disconnect because of the pure irritation it causes me. Absolutely irate EVERYTIME. Unfortunately, they're the only capable service I have in my area. So disgusted with their BS

Absolutely not IT

I work from home a lot and currently have been paying for a 300 mbps connection. I have to say i am entirely unsatisfied. Maybe it's okay some places but avoid if you're in loring park and need a consistent connection ie. A VPN connection for work. The speeds arent bothersome, but the packet loss is so bad it IS GENUINELY IMPRESSIVE, LIKE WOAH IM. My VPN connection drops at least two times so i can jump through 2fa and other security stuffs rip. I moved down here from duluth and had spectrum up there for cheaper and literally never had this issue. Boooo xfinity, MAKE MORE LINES IN LP WE ARE SUFFERING OUT HEYAAAAAA.

THEY SUCK! I miss work time messing with this company. My bill is crazy high and I PAY it... even if I'm late I get it paid. I had an employee named Laura tell me that they #u%k with my service when I pay late and I think that is really unfair because it causes me to miss hours of work. Im moving to DIRECT TV in June. Im done!

They provide quality uninterrupted service, however they do not back there claim it being secure. I do not have an issue with the service except when you have security issues.

They charged me after I canceled on multiple occasions, even though support confirmed that I didn't owe them anything, and I attempted to cancel, they continue to charge me, and then they sent the amount that they claimed I owed them to collections, even though I have proof and historical transactions to show them that I paid that amount already. When you try to get help from them to fix this issue, no one can help, because everyone is outsourced. Imagine someone who will take money from you, then outsource all help meaning that no one has any decision making ability to solve your problem. 0 out of 10. It's corrupt.

I live in the USA pay my bill in the USA yet I'm expected to talk to an overseas person who barely understands English? Seriously? They increased my bill from $50.00 to $55.00, not much but that's not the point, they sent one email noting an increase but didn't say how much and never sent a follow up as to when it would be effective and I never agreed to the increased amount being drawn from my account, next thing I know they pull the increased amount out of my account without me agreeing to it; that is fraud. For some people $5.00 means the difference between making budget and not making budget. This could have caused an NSF fee throwing someone in the hole an additional $35.00 bc of fees. This isn't the additional stress families need right now, especially from a company where we pay for their services. Do better Xfinity. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the slowest internet I've ever had. I have missed 2 days of work because of unexplained outages that last all day long. That's ridiculous. At this point I just want to find another internet provider.

Xfinity's automated phone attendant is totally worthless.
You will NEVER be able to talk to a real person.
My account is setup for autopay, yet I got an email saying it was past due.
Well take the money from my checking account dipsh*t.
Yet there is no way to find out why they're too stupid to take the money they want through their wonderful automated phone system, so no way to correct the issue without actually driving to an Xfinity office and try to take to someone.

We have not had service since around 2:00 PM. They promised it would be back on by 5:00 then by 10:55, and now it is 11:04 PM and we still have no service - no phone, no TV, no email, no service at all. This is what I would call bottom of the barrel service!

I was with a competitor of Xfinity for 11 years… I made the switch after a free upgrade cost me $99 and a loss of my daughters favorite tv station. My first call getting off the phone with them was Xfinity. I spoke to a wonderful and attentive customer service representative who claimed they had all the channels I required… not only did they have them, but so much more. Extremely fast streaming and their channel line up is awesome! Speaking into the remote is like having an assistant in your hand! So happy we made the switch!

Highway thieves

I had Comcast/Xfinity for 20 years and was robbed every month with ridiculous rates for low speeds BECAUSE they were the only horse in town even though I live in the Capital of the second largest State. Every 12 months when the contract ran out without as much as a whisper the bill go up by 40% and then starts a journey of begging them to lower the rates and pick whatever crumbs were thrown in my direction. The worst HIGHWAY ROBBERS on the entire planet.
