Xfinity poor service

If it works,you're good,it don't,run,you're going talk to a robot,typing something,they fix it,it'll break over again. Robot,typing again. You want service,$100. Even if it's a issue with their company. $55 a month for internet only,Naw,they'll raise it all time,to $70. Then you go sign up as a new customer. The daily,spinning,you'll see that bunch times a day. Then,Robot lady,typing again. The actual person,will try,getting your SS number,and birthday,with a good offer. Pass on this company.

I have never experienced worse customer service than xfinity. I would not recommend them to anyone. The only way you can speak to domeone is drive yo a store.

I have had Xfinity internet for 3 years. When first signing up them, got TV and Internet. It took 2 months to get my account straightened out so that my bills reflected the plans I had chosen. Canceled TV because it was of no value. Internet was OK but not as advertised. I am now attempting to cancel. After 3 phone calls and one online request, a cancellation was finally processed, but Comcast billed me anyway under my auto pay plan. So, when you cancel service be sure to cancel autopay as well. I have asked for a refund but so far have seen nothing. I have called several times and each customer service rep acts like it is the first time I have called. Terrible company.

Bad service

I left Xfinity a couple of months ago. I paid the total amount due when I left. A month later, I get a bill for $1.92 that could not be paid without charging $3.99 to process the payment of you paying. Another month later I get a bill for 18.08 for early cancellation fee. They subtract this $1.92 ( who knows what this 1.92 is for) did not subtract the 3.99 because that was a made up fee anyway. Cancel fee was 20.00. How do you have a too early cancellation fee if you don't have a contract? That makes no sense. I'm not paying it, they will just make up another fee if you keep giving. Don't go there.
Seriously do not do business with a Xfinity you'll be sorry. This good advice take it or leave it.

Poor customer service. No supervisor to speak with at any time. Spent 55 minutes on phone with rep to schedule tech appointment. Unable to login or change password even with tech support. Internet went out 7/27. Unable to get tech appointment until MONDAY, 7/31. It is out again today 8/3. NO XFINITY STREAMING SERVICES. So glad I did not sign a contract or 2 year agreement. NEVER AGREE to AUTOPAY. Going to complain to BBB. Please do the same if you are as feed up with Xfinity as I am.

These people refused to apply ACP program (TWICE) and will not connect me to an actual human. I wish I had to returned to their service. I cannot get assistance at all about billing or intermittent connectivity or upgrades. EXTREMELY aggravating!

So got call from supposedly xifinity about promotion would be $30 for years no contract just had pay first year upfront. Then got weird was told had to purchase a gift card for the years total $360 and then call Xfinity billing and use gift card to pay. So Called Xfinity billing only promotion was if you got their mobile phone, this was never explained to me at all. So either Xfinity scamming their own customer or another still a scam! So beware of anything to good to be true!

Sabotaging Company

Xfinity will mess with the service you pay for. They will make it so where your internet will not work until they are paid. And this happens before they even try to disconnect your service. They will tamper with your connection, they are the worst internet company out there. If I had another company to go with I would, customer service is piss poor. Right now I cannot access my internet, because supposedly it is updating, but I never requested an update, they just sent a signal to have my modem not working.

My cell phone is paid off but won't unlock my phone. My cable was canceled without the account holder permission and now they added 600 dollars to my cable bill when I had their cable over 2 yrs now that I wrote a post abt the customer service being liars and say different things they tried to hit my bank account for 400 dollars that I never authorized them to never put my card on file but on my mobile account so this company is bull$#*! and I will keep writing post if it keeps up I'll get lawyer I'm sure that's not illegal.

Run if you can

I spent nearly 1 hour on the phone with customer service one month before moving in. He said all I had to do was call back and my account will be good to go. Move in day comes and it was not easy peasy. I should ve known from the beginning when he said not to use the website because there is a glitch... On day of move in, we were transferred to 3 or 4 different people, most of which was outsourced. Only one person was very helpful and helped us to create an account. We were unable to create and set up our own account despite being "WiFi Ready." It took nearly 2 hours to fully set everything up, and then we still had to wait a few hours for the WiFi to actually work... If I can give this process a score it would truly be 0 out of 5. They say good things come to those who wait, so we are realllllllly hoping that the actual WiFi is great. We will find out soon! If not, hopefully we will be able to find another option.

Terrible company

Customer service is the worst in person it takes 30 min to talk to a live person the store on university in little rock ar every body pass the problem to some one else the reps are shady what out for your imformation it may come up in the wrong hands no one wants to help after they screw up ur account the one rep in little rock that look like a short black monkey tried to date my niece who was with me that is UNDER AGE he didnt seem to care when we left he was calling her i had to say i would report him thats when he stoped calling xfinity dont care about people the worst customer ser in country which i could give them a -0

If I can give them a negative I would Now this my problem with Xfinity first let's start off with customer service horrible they don't know what they're talking about and then will you telling them what your problem is they make it like you call the problem that's number one number two I call because I was approved for the ACP program for my internet did all that pay my bill waited 2 months before they apply my credit and now that it's time to apply my credit they claiming the ACP program pulled my national number back stating that I have ACP or something else which I know is a lie cuz this is the only thing I applied for that what's for the internet so for me Comcast Xfinity are the worst they're liars and they try to make it seem like the customer is in the wrong when it's their service

Worst company ever

Infinity is stealing money from their customers especially the elderly ones. They do nothing but lie and cut your services off. Anyone who uses them needs to change to a better company. We have had ixfinity for over 20 years and had nothing but problems for the last seven months. As soon as I can find another company I will away from them as soon as possible. And their customer services department are liars and do not care one bit about the customer. As soon as I can find the news station that did the report on how bad they are I will be contacting them

My Wi-Fi in my house stopped working. A service technician had to come out to replace the router. Then I got charged $100 for the service call. Why should I be charged for something that belongs to Xfinity and stops working?

So sad. Customer service does not help at all, straight up LIES to you and does not do what they promise. The xfinity website and app are lacking in features and do not allow you to make changes on your own. The internationally based customer service agents are extremely hard to understand with their accent, and do not care about their jobs!

Worst ever

After setting up a payment arrangement with their supervisors they STILL disconnected my service for me to recall them to turn my services back on to get charged for multiple reconnection fees to just be turned off again. They do not honor anything they say. My business, family and friends will be going to cancel our services and we will be going elsewhere

Takes an act if God to get a payment Reversal. 3-5 days is all you hear. Mean while they have 30 days to send it. Cs number is ridiculous to get to a rep. No call backs to make sure issue is resolved, when they say they will personally do it. So basically, you are just out of your money till whatever out sourced to India "supervisor" who barely speaks english, named john, decides to actually do their job. Good luck.
