After 11 years with X-$#*! company over 150 calls to tech support and constant problem with them you ask why I stayed with them the only game in town but finally a new comer coming in. Tech support is a joke they are unskilled tech people they look up your problem in a manual and after they cannot fix it ( up to an hour) they tell you they have to send a real tech to your. Home
The reason I gave them 1 star is customer service isnt bad if you can get thru to them if you have the patience to go thru hell to talk to them
I called to set up my internet and Chanel's and I was on the phone for one hour and 20 minutes finally thought we have everything all set just to find out when the technician came he had a totally different order I ordered 2 boxes he showed up with one and he told me he is filling in for another guy because he was running behind and told me I should take it or leave it I thought this whole experience was bad also tried to call in Al just for the guy to tell me I have to wait till this guy leaves to input another order how awful
Desde que tengo el servicio de Xfinity no he podido entrar a la app porque me da problemas, he llamado? He visitando sucursales y no me lo han podido resolver, ahora me dicen que no puedo realizar mis pagos sino es por la supuesta aplicación que nunca me ha funcionado.
Las facturas no me llegan a la casa y no tengo forma de darle seguimiento ya que la app no me funciona.
El servicio el cliente es malo. Para venderte algo te la ponen muy fácil, luego te das cuenta que no era como ellos te dijeron, pero ya estás atado con pagos que debes realizar.
The service is actually good albeit expensive. But the customer service is absolutely horrible. Plan on waiting an hour plus just to get someone with an accent you won't be able to understand. They must have learning disabilities as well because they are unable to complete the simplest task competently. When you finally get frustrated enough They will laugh at you and become condescending. These people are absolute trash!
I absolutely hate xfinity! They suck and they're too expensive. They take advantage of senior citizens! And also how do you have a fee for Netflix when we already have our own account for Netflix!? It's so stupid! They're all about money!
They rip you off charge you after u cancel your account they are just thieves? Get internet with T-Mobile or someone and just get apps! Do yourself a favor stay away from comcast!
This has been the worst experience in customer service, right next to Verizon. Its like theyre competing to see who has the worst customer service. Xfinity never sent me an email to renew my contract and they simply started to charge me $30 over my current plan without mentioning it to me. Let me make it perfectly clear that it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone over the phone. When I finally get ahold of someone through the online chat, they admit that the company was being sneaky and never sent an email! DO NOT GO WITH XFINITY.
After talking to an agent about your situation they never pass your information on to other representatives so that they can see what's been said on the first call. Because of this you have to speak to multiple representatives to get the problem resolved. And they all lie. They are never on the same page they tell you your situation is fixed and it's in the system so that other agents can reflect off what they say or did That's a lie! I want to change service immediately
Xfinity does not care about its customers. They regularly make promises and don't keep any of them. We switched cell service to them from Verizon and were told our service would be the same. In reality neither phone works. We have no service. We tried purchasing a new phone and Xfinity tried to force us to give them a copy of our drivers license and our Social Security number. Going into the store to prove our identity was not sufficient. They still wanted a copy of these sensitive documents. They missed six appointments. They never called us back. They did not send us the $200 gift cards they promised. And we have no service for the phones unless we're on WiFi. I do not trust them with my very private and personal information. Since they have a monopoly in our area, it's a difficult to resolve any issue. This is terrible and feels a bit like extortion in terms of our PII.
My experience has been great. By the way, cable service by company also known as Comcast. I thought telephonic customer service was good and cable installation for my pre paid was excellent.
I wanted to switch to AT&T internet, primarily because of how Xfinity makes it impossible to change plans online, but AT&T fiber was not available yet, so I went through 3 hours of agonizing discussions with a computer before finally getting someone to help me at XFINITY. I cancelled TV and changed my account to internet only. When the new modem showed up it has a small card telling me I had to use an XFINITY app to activate the modem - TOTAL BS - i don't want XFINITY connected to my phone. After trying the suggested workaround, XFINITY blocked my access to the activation sites - highly disappointed, after calling the so called customer service schedule a "phone appointment" so now I can sit at home waiting for phone call because they could not activate - SRIOUSLY - highly SUSPICIOUS that XFINITY is forcing people to use an APP - you have to ask yourself, what are they tracking on your cellphone if it is so important to get that APP on your phone, that they remove a simple minute phone call that used to activate stuff in the past.

The internet service In Sacramento ******* zip code has been horrible for the last 2-4 months. They were even on the news for what are calling internet. For the month august. It was down 8-12 times is what I thought but the rep that I spoke with said it was too many to count and has been time 3 times already in September. My kids does college classes from home I work for home and I had to call to argue a credit and they offered me a 30$ credit. Absolutely ridiculous. My bill is 280$ per month for service that is unstable. I'm done with xfinity and would advise anyone new looking for cable don't do it. They call me weekly asking my if I want to bring my 6 cell phone line to xfinity cell phone. NEVER. Why do customer have to call to request a bill credit? It should be automatic and the credit is like $7.49 per day there is an outage. I going to post anywhere I can to get the word out to all potential customers. I had to give 1 star to post but there rating should be negative 100 at the best

Xfinity is probably the most painful service I have ever dealt with. Their automated system is virtually impassible. Good luck trying to speak to a live person. Every encounter (and there are many) is at least an hour long adventure. Typically once I finally do reach a live person, they seem helpful, but the service is never appropriately corrected requiring me to go through the whole process all over again. Their free Xfinity Wi-Fi is worthless. In fact, it creates more work because whenever my phone selects Xfinity Wi-Fi, I will not get any service. I have to shut off my Wi-Fi so I can go back to cellular data. It's hard to express the number of hours. I will never get back. So happy to finally dump them and go onto a different surface. Any service would be better.
They steal from you, they raise the rates without warning, once the contract expires no one calls you to renew the contract, and they simply charge you much more, they charged me from $100 to $166 without my authorization
For one they are charging me more and I don't even know why! Then when you call you can't get through to nobody! I hate ts I'm definitely going back to spectrum I never had this issue with them
Xfinity is $#*! and it's terrible I lag out of every 2k game I try to join. Whoever is running the servers needs to put down the roach because they suck at their job. Someone fire them.

I had service with Xfinity for years. I moved. Guess what, Xfinity is not offered at my new residence, the monopoly of At t is offered ONLY! Not my fault. But became my problem because I was under contract with these stupid a-holes! And had to pay all kinds of fees! No thanks! I will remember this! When I move again, and I probably will, and Xfinity is offered, I will Never, EVER EVER EVER use Xfinity again! Bye for ever
