The internet gets disconnected most of the time; the technicians never show up for the appointments. But the worst of all is that when we call to report the problem, the customer service hangs on the phone (this happened only one time). Another customer service were really helpful. Today we were supposed to receive a technician from 8 am to 10 am. However, he never comunicate with us. We were awake waiting for him. Three days without services.

It took 4 calls to get to an actual person, then all we did was reboot the router even after I let them know I had done that 6 times. I unplugged the boxes and the router to reboot.
After an hour on the phone I had to get aggressive in asking to just have a new router sent out. The tech told me it didn't show a problem in their side.
The only TV in the house hooked into the line worked and none of the other televisions and our internet connections did not, seemed obvious to me it was a router problem.
We have been without any service for 6 days now when they should have had a technician at our house the next day to get us up and running. Still waiting on a service we pay a large amount for with no help!
And they wonder why they are getting screamed at on their end.
I've just got Xfinity and haven't had it for months yet and already they gave me 247.000 bill talk about ripping you off plus the lady was very rude on the phone with me
The Comcast customer service is horrible! Why can't we get people who speak ENGLISH! We pay a lot of money to comcast!
Poor customer service and waist of time 2 hours on the phone transferred to 4 different people no one passed the message it annoying.
Xfinity is the bane of my existence, when you first sign up it's great, they give you a great deal and it feels like you have a quality internet for a decent price
However, as you become a long time customer, they do what they can to gouge money from you as much as they can. Each and every time I am on the phone with customer service because of an issue, they try to sell me things and push things on me that sound like great deals but end up f*ing you over.
I moved to a new house and did the whole process online to move my service over. When I got to my new house, my service wasn't working and when I called customer service they said that I didn't have internet with xfinity and convinced me that I needed to set it up at the new house so I begrudgingly agreed. Unfortunately, the next day my service moved over and so somehow I had 2 internet subscriptions and got charged double for a few months without realizing. Once I caught it I called and tried to explain the situation and get the charges refunded, sometimes I got a helpful person and sometimes I got someone who straight up didn't believe me or said that I had an active service so obviously it's proper and they're not going to refund that
Fast forward, I got it cancelled and *almost* got the refund but they charged me a $230 cancellation fee. That was in March of 2023, it is now almost October and I am currently on the phone with the least helpful customer service agent I have ever spoken to. I'm out $230 and many hours of my time, but just got faster and cheaper service with ATT coming Saturday, here's hoping it goes well!
Don't expect honesty from this company. They will tell you ANYTHING to get a sale. For example, my Iphone 15 preorder, promised by September 22nd, on the website, order confirmation and account status menu. Is now delayed until *maybe* mid-October. They cannot even give me an expected estimated time. No respect for their customers; Laughable dishonest deceitful support.
Xfinity is absolute garbage. Like straight trash. I have never had such horrible service with an internet provider in my life. I pay my bill every month for the equivalent of AOL dial up internet. Every single damn time it gets close to my bill due date, the wifi starts to shut off and come back on. Then once its paid (on time like it is every month) it stops cutting off. Seriously, you're not making me want to hurry up and make a payment. You make me want to rip this modem out the wall, throw this $#*! in the trash and tell you to $#*! off. There are many other internet providers out there. Stop being so damn difficult to customers that haven't missed a payment in 5 years!
I just started this service a couple years back and they have the worst technical support. I was on the phone for at least a half hour setting up an appointment for a technician to come to my home and change out the box only to find out that there wasn't a appointment scheduled. I find this to be completely unacceptable due to the fact that I scheduled my whole day around this three hour window.
Only to be compensated a small amount of money being on the phone for at least 30 minutes each time explaining the situation.
I've had nothing but the worst experience getting a hold of anybody to speak to when there is a problem with the service. Consumer beware.
I have been an Xfinity customer for years. Not only have I had to call at least six times because of fees that they hid in my bills, most of the time I am transferred to the Philippines for customer service where their agents are incapable of going off script. There channel lineup and on demand is the best but not worth the aggravation, pricing, and trouble. I also have their mobile service and it has caused nothing but trouble. It is time to move on. I live near their headquarters and see the shiny new building we are all paying for. I don't recommend them.
If this is not the worst service ever, I don't know what is Xfinity sucks so $#*!in bad I $#*!in hate it they're useless and they're services is horrible horrible and expensive this the worst choose I've did is going to xfinity
I called to get my number switched from another carrier to my Xfinity phone. Not only did they not do it, somehow my phone was deactivated and I couldn't even make a call with the number THEY provided with the phone. After countless calls and hours over a three week span, I am still in the same position and they managed to disconnect my landline without making the replacement work as well. Then they want to act hurt when I got frustrated! They also promised me credits that I still have not received. (And for some reason other agents can't see them "in the notes" either.) All of the agents say the same things: "Oh, I'm so sorry for that!", "Oh, I understand.", "I will definitely be able to help you with that!". I'm good on being lied to. I have never had a company lie to me so much and I have been a "Valued Customer" (according to Xfinity) for years and have always paid my bills. After I come back from vacation next month, my time with Xfinity will be DONE! The only people that I would ever refer to them would be my worst enemy. If you all have a better experience, good for you.

They promise high speed get you signed up and it is great for the first couple of days. Then before the week ended there was an xfinity van in front of our house working and then our speed went downhill fast. They lure you in and then lower their quality.
I called for guidance and billing. I was overcharged, but never received the credit. They continued to send me codes these codes ended up resetting my password? Over spoke me on the phone and offered me a 3rd party discount? MONOPOLY!
I am done Xfinity you suck!
The worst value for the high fees. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can see why they get horrible reviews.
I switched to Xfinity's streaming service because of the high cost of their cable. The only reason I am giving them any stars at all is because of the price and the stores are at least nice to you. The online/app service just stinks. Takes forever to get a real person and when you do they don't listen to your real issues. After it took forever and extra hardware to make it work and communicate. Once I did the TV xfinity service cuts out and throws me off the system every 20 mins on average. The error message states I am off the network but I can get on Netflix as well as the internet is still on my phone. So I am not off the network. I had a guy out and everything is fine. He did say the electrical xfinity box outside needs a fix and it has never happened. When I am in the app the picture is jerky. When I call for service they want to send someone out again. I said no don't want to pay for that. Set me up with an appointment anyway. When the guy called me before the appointment I recognized his voice and visa versa I told him what happened. We canceled so I wouldn't have to pay. So I am getting no where. Very disappointed. I have been a very loyal customer since 2001. And I will be changing my service. Very very disappointed with this company.
We use xfinity as a result of having. No other options for internet. The internet will randomly cut off atleast 3 times a month, and sometimes more. To make things worse, customer service is of no help and outages are unpredictable. When the internet does work, speeds are awful. We can only use 4-5 devices at a time or else we risk extremely slow internet speeds. Not to mention when only one or two devices are being used, latency hovers around 40ms which is awful for gaming, and can become an issue when streaming.
When providing a service at the scale of xfinity, there is no excuse for this level of inconsistency and alarming quality.
IF YOU HAVE ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS, USE THEM. DO NOT EVER USE XFINITY
I was going to switch to another wifi service but after speaking with Veronica ZRI from Chicago, she made the experience great. Veronica explained everything to me even there was program. She helped in many of different ways. She was very knowledgeable and eager to help me with my issue. She should be a training manager or something because I have never gotten this type of customer satisfaction from any other agent. Way to go Veronica!
This company is all about money, not the service they provide. They bill you a month ahead ( prorate your bill) and have no good explanation for it. So you basically pay for service not yet rendered. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend their services. You also have to jump over mountains to speak to an actual live person.
