The product was shipped and received promplty. Prior to ordering I confirmed with their customer service that the kit would fit my needs. I used their online application guide and the customer service rep also gave me the part # to order, which was the same as their application guide had shown.
When I got ready to install the instructions simply said to connect the lead wire to your vehicle connection. My vehicle was showing 4 hot wires leading to the headlamp assembly and a 5th one that was activated with the high beam switch. When I got on the Chat Support to get help this was the response I received.

I had the RMA issued to you via email to perform the return for a refund.
Look out for it in your spam folder as it may end up in there.

I did not ask for a refund, are you issuing one because the kit won't work?

Its too hard to assist with your vehicle without being in front of your setup unfortunately.

I send the product back last week and will see where it goes from here. Per their Customer Support I should get a full refund including return freight.
We will see.

Headlight installation was very easy and they're pretty bright. They don't shine out in front of my car as far as I was expecting on low or high beam. Maybe some new LED fog lights will make the distance a bit better but still, I'm pretty satisfied with the overall experience of these headlights.

****UPDATE****
…. SOO, it's been about 8 months since I've ordered these LED headlights…& I have to say, at first they were working amazing. Pretty bright and everything. But then about 2 months after the installation of my first order, the drive side started to flicker and sometimes stay completely off for various amounts of time but would come back on if I hit a bump or tapped the headlight housing with my hand. Then once that started, not long after it went out and just never came back on. I also paid for & installed the warning/relay cancellers or "canbus" whatever you wanna call them and still had the same issues so I reached out to the company and they sent a free replacement with no charge or shipping. That made me pretty happy considering I paid over $100 more than most LEDs out there and the website said "Lifetime Warranty". So I thought paying a little more would save me the headache. NOT THE CASE! ‍ After another couple months went by, I started having the SAME Issue again after the replacement. Only this time the company tried making me pay for shipping and stuff for another replacement. EVEN THOUGH they supposedly have a "lifetime warranty" SAVE YOUR MONEY! I just purchased another set with a REAL LIFETIME WARRANTY on them for $150 cheaper and BETTER@ [HIDNation.com]

By the way, anyone who cares, "Dave L" was full of it - I never received any contact from this worthless company after posting my review. I can also confirm with absolute, 100% certainty, that these products are NOT made with Automotive approved LED chips, (that is if they source them from the company that they may or may not be illegally claiming). How I know that I shall not share on the internet, but I can confirm that the standard requirements for auto parts such as AIAG requirements and auditing are NOT being met for these specific diodes. I bought high beams and they came within two days and they're crazy bright. Easy install and they do flicker when my daytime running lights are on and they didn't mention Subaru's needing the anti-flicker device, but my car is kinda rare and most Subaru's do not have them from what I have seen online, so it's not really their fault. Just make sure to do your own research before buying things for your car I suppose. Even with the flicker it is barely noticeable from the driver's perspective. Not my problem lol

Ordered a full front set of lights and received them very quickly. Had a hiccup with the high beams and contacted customer service, they were very quick and professional and were very apologetic about the mixup and sent me a fresh set the same day. Very impressed with this company and the HID/LED lights i purchased are very high quality and a massive upgrade to the lights i was using prior. Will definitely order from this company again when upgrade time comes for my other vehicles! Thank you again for your responsiveness and professionalism.

This company is a complete scam! The day I installed my HIDs they began flickering on and off, and I tried everything I could to fix the problem. When I contacted customer support I was connected with "Dale", who basically told me I was installing the HIDs wrong and didn't know how to follow basic instructions from him. He was extremely rude and condescending. After telling him that I've installed aftermarket headlights many times without issue, he insisted that I didn't understand what he was telling me and disconnected the chat. Insulting your customers intelligence when you've sold them a faulty product is not my idea of "customer service". This clown should be fired. Finally I was able to initiate a return of these garbage chinese made HIDs only to find out I was being charged a $15 return fee, even though I paid the return cost myself. I guess that's their way of offering "free" shipping. I did purchase HIDs from another reliable company that have no issues. I will never buy from XenonPro again, and neither should anyone else.
