VERY EASY TO ORDER AND FIND THE LIGHTS
These bulbs give too large of a pattern instead of keeping the beam on the road.
Need magnifying glass to read instructions. Just put it together, had to read and re-read instructions. Have not used or set up camera yet. Only had One card with camera. Not sure if that's the only card needed.
Very easy process to identify the product I need. With that said, the product arrived with a visible scratch to one of the fan housings.
I usually upgrade to HID's on all my vehicles. I have always used xenonpro.com. The quality and prices are unbeatable.
UPDATE: (December 15-26)- after I received my order, one of the ballasts was bad right out of the box. After chatting with customer service through the instant message app, I was told I needed a relay harness, (as an automotive technician for 8+ years) I knew it was a bad ballast, and the customer service rep gave me a little bit of a hard time about it. But After paying another $20 for shipping, I received the 2 ballasts very quickly. I now have working HID's in my 05 outback! Despite the few inconveniences I had, I'm very happy overall with my purchase.
Fast and easy website with exact fit bulbs. Havent put them in yet so we'll see what happens.

Update: The low beams are working ok for now. I had to break the connector on my car because, 1)Universal, one size does not fit all. 2) I managed to "connect" lights to the cars standard headlight connection but they did not work. After an hour, I realized the Xenon connector pins were too far apart so I had to carefully bend them so they make contact. Now they work.
As far as the high beams working, that's a whole different experience. I looked at the stock connection from the car and it is no where near compatible for the high beams. I did not install them. I purchased the high beams according to the website suggestions. I even asked tech support before buying them if they will work. His answer was "If the website says they should work, they should work." Tech support made no effort to research this, just the generic answer.
I am torn if I will buy from Zenon.com again.
