Everything is great from overall packaging, built and ease of installation. Noted that (1) loose two pins connection instead of a housing pinned connector for more plug and play experienced & (2) color of HID light is somewhat different with one side seems to be bright white while the other is bright yellow during initial activation of light when projected to a white wall or garage door. Not sure if the light bulb color is actually matching. Will monitor if after a period of use the light color may match more.

It took a bit of poking around to determine if I needed the anti flicker kit. It might be an idea to have a reference link or help pop up to refer customers to find the information easier right from the product page.

After receiving the Kits it turns out that my 2016 F-350 does not need the anti flicker kit f9r the headlights.

The fog lamps I was not able to get working. The stock lamps work. I tried with and without the anti flicker kits. I have not contacted customer support as of yet as Christmas and New Years was keeping me busy.

I found the installation instructions deficient. Also, the words were so small that a magnifying glass was needed to read them.
These headlights are polarity sensitive. The supplied connector could be plugged into the wiring harness connector in either of two ways. There were no directions that gave this information.
There were no directions to say that the LED lights would work only, with the connector plugged in one configuration.
There was no instructions or on whether the LED headlights would be damaged if they were connected backwards.
You should not have to be an electrical engineer to install these LED headlights.
When connected properly, these LED headlights work very well.

Received the complete order in three days. Gave as a gift for Christmas. Installed product started having issues within 10 minutes of use. After a couple hours of troubleshooting the n my part and a half hour of email troubleshooting with company was issued a return merchandise number. Cost me a $101 to ship back because product returns go to Canada. Product was delivered to requested address on 1/2/2020 according to fedex. Still waiting on credit card refund as of 1/4/20. I realize it's a busy time of year so trying to be patient. Also upset over the fact I have to pay return shipping on a defective product.

Super easy to find the exact headlight needed. All the information needed to make an informed decision is provided.
Update after receiving order: DON'T BUY HERE! Their products are inferior and over priced even with their never ending 50% discount. My HID lights never worked correctly, so I requested a refund with refund. They reluctantly agreed but insisted on FedEx and at my cost of $26.00, since they're in Canada. And then they shorted me $15.00 on the refund. I immediately contacted them and they then added the $15.00. I will NEVER do business with them again and highly recommend others not to purchase from them. There are many other reputable online sellers.
