Only support they offer is via chat. Not helpful at all! I ordered a set of headlights and fog lights, was not informed that I needed two sets. After ordering a second set I installed all the lights and within 5 minutes had smoke pouring out of the hood. The units began to melt. I made several attempts to contact via phone to ask questions and was referred to chat. The chat proved useless. Once I finally received the return instructions I followed them to a T. At this point I will say that I paid a total of $48 in shipping to receive the package and $39 to return them. A week after they were received I was issued one refund minus $40. When I inquired as to why I was told to offset shipping cost! I PAID ALL SHIPPING COST! I then asked again and was told it could be a restocking fee. Yet they did not have anything stating a restocking fee at the time of purchase. After another week I received the second refund minus $30 this time. Again they stated to cover shipping cost!
Company is a complete scam in my opinion. Faulty products and horrible service!

Not everyone is as clueless as they think.

When I installed their headlight kit the plugs do not snap together to form a water tight seal like the factory connections. Dave L. Insists that the problem is with my truck, funny that I didn't have that problem with my factory headlights. I had to use grease on the wiring terminals and alot of electrical tape to keep the connections together and prevent water from getting in. The plugs on the anti-flicker component snap together to form a watertight seal like they're supposed to. You shouldn't have to grease and tape on a product to make it work properly, especially when they tell you that all you have to do is plug everything together and you're done.

Seeing that you had multiple occasions where your connections became corroded, we suspect you may have some kind of leak in your vehicle. Water/moisture and electrical components do not mix well together, no matter how tight the connection is. In these instances, we strongly recommend to find the source of the leak and patch it up and in the meantime, to use some electrical tape to insolate the connection.

Terrible service

Bought a set of HIDs for my vehicle. Used the make/model specific search. The lights prescribed were 9021. The lights my car needed were D3S, so I contacted them for a return. They made me pay for shipping to return as they tried to convince me they sent me the right style bulb when they did not. I understood their confusion but at the same time as I tried to explain to them why it was incorrect they blocked me from their website chat function after being very combative. When they received my return, they only refunded me for a partial refund, so I lost money. Never again. Never have I ever dealt with a company like this. So much that I want to pursue a small claim but I know it's not worth my time.

Edit** they responded to my review and again are saying it's potentially my mistake. This is after confirming on the website which bulb populates. I have the "V" model, so the bulb selection is incorrect. When I tried to explain this, the response was "I know more than you" and then they BLOCKED me from further conversations. Never again. Zero stars.

We distinguish between the two types in our Vehicle Finder catalog. After reviewing your order, it appears that you accidentally ordered the lights for the model with factory halogens, not HIDs. The reason for this is review that in multiple attempts to receive correct product have been given the run around making it impossible to exchange or return. I had ordered fog lights for my 2015 Yukon. What I received did not look like the picture on the website and would not fit. Even though Website says fits 2015 Yukon. On multiple attempts to get correct product, I have received no support. The only way you can receive service is to chat. Phone number will suggest the chat for any customer service then hangs up. When chatting multiple times I was told "the 5202 bulb is what was ordered and what was received" then all responses were answered by advertisements of customer satisfaction. Currently I have a pair of a 134 dollar bulbs I can't use. Also I never received a proof of purchase, receipt from vender. The only receipt I have is from PayPal. Highly recommend Not using this company as there are no Guarantees of product.

I ordered a high beam and low beam set for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. When I received my sets I found out they sent me two low beam sets. I contacted their live chat and got Allan... Allan informed me they are considered equivalent and should work for my high beams as well. I installed the low beams first and they worked (only reason they are getting two stars not one). I then went to install the high beams. While trying to install I realized that the lights were too big for my car and wouldn't do the job. I went back to the live chat, started to talk with Allan again and explained they did not work for my car. He simply reiterated that they should work and promptly kicked me from the chat. Terrible customer service after I spent over $200 for an order that did not get fulfilled correctly. At this point it should come down to the fact that I ordered H9 bulbs and H11 bulbs and got two sets of H11 bulbs. Take my second set back and send me an H9 set and I'll be satisfied. Also worth noting they never send and

Yoooooooo I can't believe I ever gave XenonPro.com my business, my mind is blown at the unprofessionalism.

Backstory: I ordered foglights and headlights from them. Upon installation the foglights didn't work, so I returned them. Weeks later the headlights stopped working as well. They refused to let me return their defective product for a refund this time, so I opened a PayPal dispute & won. I requested they send me an email with their return instructions (they have specific instructions & I can't get the refund without returning the product.) They were trying to play games and were refusing to send me a new email, and when I kept insisting he got a massive attitude with me. He wanted me to use the original return email which said specifically that I was only returning the foglights, and I refused. Because they were acting sketchy from the beginning, I wanted to make sure there was no room for them to try to deny my refund.

The first time I told him "no need to get an attitude with me" and the second time I straight up called him a douchebag. All I did was keep insisting he sends the proper return email and he was getting mad that I wasn't letting him pull one over on me my favorite part was him asking if I wanted him to specifically state that I was only returning the headlights, as if I didn't have to REPEATEDLY ask for him to do exactly that. ‍

Anyways, don't trust this $#*!ty company.

Terrible experience!

Bright Headlights!

I purchased 9006 LED headlights for my 2012 honda accord and i have to say i was blown away by how bright they are! They illuminate perfectly down dark woody roads at night! To top it all off the installation was extremely easy! If you're looking to upgrade your headlights to LED i highly recommended that you buy yours off XenonPro.com!

Failed return

Purchased two sets of lights returned them for refund they only processed one order. Returned both sets of lights in the same box with order numbers written on the outside as directed by representative. 145.00 for each set of lights. Me thinking rational you received two sets of lights in the same box they'd ll
process them at the same time but they didn't and that's what prompted me to call. So if you so happen to return more than one item ship them separately to avoid this. No one has 150.00 to give away.

Components don't last

First of if you are Canadian the prices are in US $ second lifetime warranty will cost you $40 US in shipping every time! My lights are less than 3 months old and the components are already acting up igniting one or the other only half the time... Garbage, now if I want it fixed I have to send them $40 for the defective light components they sold. No guarantee that it will not break down in the future but as long as supply them with $40US they will send me their crap.

Great Experience!

I ordered the 45W LED's to replace my Tundra low beams, high beams, and fog lights. They are noticeably brighter and a clean white color, making visibility significantly better. No modifications were necessary. It was necessary for me to contact their customer service due to a defective bulb, and after a few minutes of talking, a replacement had been ordered and was shipped to me the next day. I am very pleased with the product and customer service.
