I received my package and open them up and saw the invoice inside. I look at the invoice and notice that it came from somewhere else like Super Duper LED from California. It also has a pricing of $17.99each and I bought two and came out to be $35.98. When I purchase from XenonPro.com website I paid $72.91each and I paid for two of $145.82 with 10% Discount and came out to $131.24. The difference is $95.26. I would like to know why is your price so high and when you get it from your source that low. I also like to know are these Xenon Headlight Bulbs Replacement made from Germany or from China. Because the box that I got said made from China. The color of the light is not that Bluish. I ask for Deep Blue. So I am very dissatisfied.

Although I have not had my lights installed on my Dodge Ram 150 Hemi, I am extremely happy with the price that I paid for the lights. Went initially to a Store in Louisville, KY and they wanted over $300 for the same lights, plus $120 for install. I got my lights online from your store for $105. It save me over $200.00.

Shipping was quick and I got them in time for Christmas since they were a present from my husband.

In an effort to make my car safe I felt compelled to order a new kit, which I did. I have no complaints with ordering and receiving new products. Unfortunately this is what it took for me to be able to drive my car with two headlamps after six weeks of problems. Once I was able to contact Xenon Pro and speak directly with their service rep, I did receive very good care, with replacement parts shipped and due to me within a week. Unfortunately, it was a monumental feat to actually speak with someone! During the second call the rep did state the company was in the process of remediating their customer service issues and address their work volume. I hope this is true. I now have a fully functional car with a complete set of spare parts but it took me to purchase two complete kits to do.

First Comment: I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. It took me weeks to get a replacement bulb. Now the ballast has failed and I cannot dangerously drive for another month. Also, I had to pay18.00 for shipping, SOME WARRANTY. I am spending over $100 for a new kit so I can receive it promptly. The sales process was great. The service process is horrendous. I can never speak with anyone. The chat team refuses to help. All I hear is someone will get back to me within 24 hours, which never happens. Your customers are your best advertisers (or worst!).

I requested an RMA to return the order after I received it due to the kit not having the wiring harness as shown. After a week I still have not received it. Also, your pricing was higher than others but I was willing to pay more because the kit shown was complete with the wiring harness. I'm rather disappointed, especially with your customer service, which I chatted with online, and they told me to call back during working hours.
