Did not recieve a full kit. After constantly contacting customer service, was told new part was shipped. Never recieved it and have been ignored by customer service since. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Will not recommend this site to anyone.

Bought a kit for my car and it was installed just how the instructions said, they were good and bright for about 3 days now they are not. Worst than my regular halogens. I tried to contact customer service and did not get an answer from them. I dont recommend their products.
I don't particularly like the way you have to submit a ticket to get a simple answer, or have to leave a message for sales to call you back about an ordered that was placed. Frankly I don't think I will order anything else from your company after I finally get this one straightened out. I also think your prices are a little high.

Shopping on this website was pretty simple
The product was great. At first when I put the lights in they were different colors and brightness. However I switched the bulbs and they work great now! I can see now. I reccomend this product

This is my second set of HID lights from XenonPro and the shipping time is phenomenal! I had an issue with the first set a few weeks after I installed them, I contacted support and within a few days I had a new harness in the mail. Great support!

I tried contacting customer service several times with no response. Finally received my purchase and it already is not working properly 2 days after installing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not recommend and will never purchase from again.
Everything went very easy. Customer service was good but the product was not very good. The bulbs are two different colors. One of the bulbs has spots and the other is almost like a rainbow appearance. Other than that service was good
