Shipping was fairly quick. I was wondering if they had shipped it because I didn't get a tracking number or even a shipping confirmation. I text chatted with a couple service people and they were great.
The LED look fantastic, they seemed to work as DTRL and on, when I did a test fit. Only problem is my current H11 Bulbs are in encased in the entire assembly and everything is inside accessible only via a small dust cover. So with the bulb, the other thing that makes the bulb work and the error cancel devise... I can't actually install it without leaving off the dust cover and leaving all the bits hanging. So I may return them... or I may manufacture some sort of dust cap extension with plastic plumbing pipes.
Meh. A bit of a burn, but its car related more than the actual bulbs

Site should list or note that is it in USD and not CAD. Very miss construding to the customers. Also seeing as there is a canadian retailer, anytime companies buy from the states to provide their products, the prices in canada are relatively the same as what they are in the states. Without the exchange rate on top of it. I believe that your company should see to this as a resolution seeing as you claim to have the "best price guarantee"

Order process was easy. Delivered in about 5 business days. There were more challenging to install than anticipated. The low beams on a 2006 Suburban are underneath part of the mount and adjustment housing. Therefore you have to remove the headlight lense assembly from the mount and adjustment bracket to install. The stock bulb came out with the houseing in place. The increased depth of the LED light that sticks out of the lense would not fit without removing the bracket. After that the second one was a breeze!

The light output is much broader a distribution without a "hot spot". This increases visability dramatically! In fact after driving bout 100 miles home on our first evening drive with them I decided except for cresting a hill the low beams created better and at least as far visibility as the high beams. I wasn't being flashed by on-coming cars for them being too bright and I was so happy with them I initially would forget to turn on the high beams. Eventually I just left the low beams on because there were brighter and gave be better light off axis, the side of the road for deer.

I am purchasing high beam for it now because I couldn't believe the difference and I CAN'T WAIT!

The website is setup nice. What it doesn't tell you is that even on older cars you need the canceller's because you will have radio interference static without them. The customer service after service has been the worst that I have ever seen. After numerous calls to a full voice mail box and then numerous e-mails, I am still waiting a month later to get an answer as to why I received the wrong color bulbs and the wrong wattage bulbs.
