Still waiting to be contacted by Xenon. My HIDs are not working properly due to a defective power ballast. Would recommend buying LEDs instead.

Did not receive confirmation my order was accepted online till I called twice and sent contact request. Believe the product sent does not fit my car and cutting wires is needed - not as advertised.

Telling us what the OEM bulbs are, like XenonSupply does, would be nice. I only knew to go with the 4300 Pure White because XenonSupply told me they were the OEM part.

Web site was easy to use and the customer service chat was quick. I had purchased a cheaper set on eBay and had issues with light going out but this set is working so far. A big difference in the ballast.
