I ordered my led headlights and fog lights on Wednesday the 28th of October. I paid for express shipping which was suppose to be a 1-3 day delivery. I did not receive me lights until the 10th of November. That's 13 days after I placed my order. Once I installed my headlights I was very disappointed with the brightness of the headlights. My old halogen bulbs are brighter. Without the Led fog lights I would not be able to see at night. Overall I am very disappointed with the delivery time and the quality of these lights. I would never recommend these bulbs to anyone. I am very displeased with my buying experience and the lights I received.

I ordered an H5 bulb set but was sent an H7 instead. This bulb will not fit my vehicle. I contacted LedHeadlights.com and advised I wished to return the merchandise and not exchange it. LedHeadligts told me I can return the merchandise but must ship it via FedEx or they will not except the return. I paid FedEx $26.00 for shipping only to have my package returned to me stating I had improper paperwork, no commercial invoice. I have advised LedHeadlights of FedEx's refusal to ship and am waiting a response.

The worst experience ever! The telephone number listed is an absolute joke as no one ever answers. What's the point? First off, let me explain that it took nearly a month for me to receive my order. The advertised expedited shipping is a lie. When the bulbs finally did arrive, I received the incorrect size bulbs and no one seems to care! After sending the "support team" about five emails without a response, I gave up. Now i'm sitting here with the wrong bulbs and can't do a thing with them. I've asked several times about getting a RMA slip for a return and even wanted to see about doing a possible exchange. But there was never a response. There is a 24/7 live chat team who is actually more responsive than the actual people who work for this shady establishment. However, they can't do anything for you because they have no access to what this so called "support team" has access to. The live chat rep was actually very communicative and seemed to express concern but I don't get that from the actual company. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone else nor would I ever purchase from these people again. Absolute bad business and they won't be around for too long after treating their customers like this. You'd be better off buying these bulbs from an Ebay vendor. Stay far away!

I ordered these on 10/21/15. Shipping says 3-5 business days. I did get them until 11/6/15 and got the shipping confirmation the day before. 13 business days later. I tried emailing and multiple phone calls. Never received any kind of call or email back. Honestly I started the process with my bank to have the money refunded. The product works as it should at the moment. But I won't be ordering from this company again. Makes me wonder how true the warranty is if you can't even make contact with the company. Order at your own risk.

Form the beginning when I was asking questions about the product I wanted to purchase it was great. The questions were answered quickly and indepth. After I placed my order it seemed that any questions I had took a while before I received a response from customer service. Once I received my items they never worked. I initially asked if they would work on my vehicle and the answer was "Yes" but when installed nothing turned on. I sent the items back for a refund, the shippment has since been received back in the Quebec warehouse but I still have yet to receive my credit back on my creditcard. For the price I paid I expected a better product.
