Customer service is terrible! I did not originally get my complete order. It then took three weeks to get someone to answer the phone. I sent emails, left voicemails and could not get anyone to respond. Original shipment took two weeks when the site says 3 to 5 days.

Happy with the product.
Simple and easy.The LEDs are not as bright as I expected however are better than the stock halogens that came in my 2014 GMC Sierra. The LEDs appear to be a top quality product and were a good fit in the stock lamp housings and installation is simple.
I have been email you sense Nov. 3,2015 lights 9012 or 9006 you sent me do not work.

After tracking the product, and waiting, it took over two weeks to get it. The big problem, is that FEDEX, or UPS does not deliver yo the smaller communities. If you follow the tracking you can see the delays each time it hits a large centre, and then is rerouted. Good old Canada post for the small packages would be the way to ship.

Its quick and and very explanatory
You customer server person could not describe to me how the fans on the LEDs would be weathersealed. After about 5 emails they said the whole unit is weathersealed - which it is not. The fans are hanging out in the open. Also the H3 replacements are supposed to be direct, but the fit was poor and I had to retrofit the housing to get the fans to fit.
Also there is a bit of an issue with directional glow of low-beams since the LEDs face the top (or bottom) of the reflector base. Seemed to get a much more controlled pattern off projector lights making them much more usable on the street. The H3 replacements for my off road lights do put out a good amount of light since I don't care about pattern.
I need to contact them. The 6000 watt LED lowbeam lights weren't as bright as the halogen lamps they replaced on our 2007 Camry - which has always had lousy headlights. Very disappointed. I'll call the company and see what they suggest.
Process was easy on purchases. However, when i got the lights the plugs were wired backwards.
