I was sold a product that was claimed to be for my vehicle model but did not work on my car. I am of the opinion that just because the my car had 9003 bulbs in it you assumed the product would work. It does not and apparently your company does not have the technical expertise to support the products you sell nor could they confirm that any customer had successfully installed the LED headlights in my make of vehicle. I understand the company policy of a 20% restocking charge, but shouldn't that only be applied if I change my mind or I ordered the wrong product? Selling something that does not work and then delaying the refund for many weeks to the point that I had to get PayPal involved to receive it (minus 20%) does not fit with your claim of '100% customer satisfaction'. I really wanted to keep the LED lights and find a way to make them work for me but could not get the technical support I needed to fix the problem. (It definitely was not a problem with my vehicles electrical system - as this was confirmed by a local garage). I returned the product the same day that I received the RMA # but had to email weekly for 4 weeks after you received the product back (FedEx tracking confirmation showed delivery on November 2) and finally get PayPal involved. All in all, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
Very good quality lights
Crappy customer service. Received my kit on Nov 31st and tried to get in touch with someone cause i was having trouble with install and still haven't received any help its now Dec 4th
One of the LED headlight bulb was cracked at the bottom. The bulb still works but my concern is with the bulb completely breaking off in the near future. Is there a way I can get a replacement bulb? Costumer service was very hard to reach through phone and chat option thru your website.
The website is very simple and explains everything I needed to know. I would purchase my next pair of headlights from here again.
Very easy to use site and fast time receiveing
I paid for express delivery and it took 2 weeks for the product to get here. There is no customer service to call or email. I will not buy nor recommend them to anyone. Better off staying with Opt-7. Their products show up usually before the expected delivery date.
The kit was delivered quickly and was not hard to install. Unfortunatly one light burned out in 2 days, but the customer service rep replaced and shipped it out the same day I contacted them with no issues.

When I received the headlights one was broke and they don't fit properly. I am still waiting for a response to my phone calls and emails to get an RMA number?

I ordered my low & high beam bulbs on Nov 5 & they arrived promptly.
Unfortunately the high beam bulbs will not fit.
I have emailed *******@ledheadlightspro.com & *******@ledheadlightspro.com numerous times with no reply.
I have tried calling; no answer.
I have asked the online Chat person; no action taken.
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service & the lack of my response to a product that does NOT work.
Would like to buy spare LED bulbs one each 9007,9005,9005 H10. Knock Knock pay attention I have been trying to buy spare bulbs. Your turn time for orders is way to long, I coulda walked tomy destination by now.
