I have to say that your website is deceiving. You have are shipping from Canada to Canada yet your prices are in US funds and absolutely no where on your site does it say that you will be charged in US dollars. Would never gave bought from you as not only to I have to pay exchange (ouch) but also a commission to the credit card company (double ouch). For this reason I cannot recommend your site nor will I shop with you again.

Very fast shipping, received the kit on time. However It wont work on my car without some customization, which I don't want to do, I don't want to void warranty of either my car or the kit. I want to return the kit and that's where I hit a road block. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone from customer service, I tried multiple emails, multiple phone calls, left several voicemails, I've submitted several tickets on their support site and I tried on line chat on multiple occasions. I got no response. I think they are just waiting for the 30 days period to run out so they can deny my return

When the lights arrived they wouldn't fit my car. When I tried to contact the company several times by phone and email the only response I got was a "do not reply email". Not impressed!

Kit showed up on time. Was replacement set for a kit I bought 4 months ago but just got around to installing that had a busted bulb in it. Lesson learned check the stuff when you receive it
Outstanding I am trying to exchange the 25W bulbs for 45W bulbs but no one has contacted me yet

I received no shipping confirmation like I was told. I have since called several times and left messages with no reply. I have sent emails requesting to send it back for a full refund on my unused purchase with no reply. The prices are almost double that of Amazon. I suggest noone buy from this site.horrible all the way around.

Site was easy to look up items and purchase was a snap!
I received the product on time and had it installed, but the lights did not work, sent an e-mail to xenon pro customer support on Monday January,11 telling them my problem and as of this evening Thursday January,14 I did not receive any reply except for this review which I am sending now. Very poor customer service.
So Far it was Quite Simple
Had a 5% discount on the add and it wouldn't give it to me
