My headlights showed up in only a couple business days. They were really easy to install and they are really bright. I'm very happy with the product so far

Received the product it is a very good product I am very satisfied with the light it puts out. However, I did have to modify the caps that go on to my sealed headlight assembly (2010 ram 1500) to keep moisture out because the lamps we're longer than original bulb and interfered with the caps sealing the lamp back up. I ground the inter lip of the caps down and it fit perfectly.

Two weeks for expedited delivery of lights that didn't fit or work. Took an act of congress to get permission to return and now a month later you have not refunded my money, and I will be surprised if you ever do. Plus I highly doubt you will post this review.

I received the order under the pretenses that it would work on my 2015 Ram 1500. After trying several different installations as recommended by the techs, the lights still will not work correctly.
The cost to return the kit is more than I paid for it. Somehow, that doesn't seem like very good customer service

Never again. Customer service...there is none. I've emailed had no response. Tried calling and no one answers. The product didn't fit like suggested it would. I have a 2013 Ford Explorer and the light doesn't fit. It's been a week and haven't had any one try and resolve my issue. I will be sure that everyone knows what horrible service this site is. It's a scam do not order from them.

These are the easiest lights to install it only took 20min to install but you can't adjust them to show far enough ahead

This company is very difficult to get in touch with. No return phone calls when calling about issues or questions on orders. I hope nothing goes wrong with my lights...lifetime warranty is great but trying to deal or get in touch with someone is next to impossible. Had high hopes since I was referred to them.

The website was easy to navigate and made the purchase easy, the live support was able to quickly answer my questions.
