Full product info compared to other web sellers, but prices are a bit higher.

Service was a little disapointing had to wait for bulbs they were on back order. Finally got them was excited to put them in after installing them following directions when you flip them from low beam to high beam and then back to low beam the drivers side goes out for about 3 to 4 seconds before coming back on only does this when truck is running when truck is off they work fine!

I will be returning one of the sets. Thought that I needed two sets, only needed one. But the product was easy to install and functioned as advertised.

I received the idem with broken glass and it didn't look like what was on the website. I'm not real sure it's German stuff. Different box and bulb than shown. Even tho I still need bulbs I bought low beam to try them out

Need to put on website that you don't ship to poboxs. Need to fix shipping time from 2 day to two weeks then I realize that the product came from Canada and not the USA

Good experience purchasing the HID system

You guys need to do a better job with the sales department, especially when a recording tells me that I will be called in a hour. I was never called. Shipping took about 7 days not sure why I paid extra for the 1-3 days shipping time! Need to work on the shipping times or refund people's money!

Nice simple and clear

Your products do not fit the vehicles as stated on your site or by the online chat people. There is no customer service when it comes to getting a RMA for returns, LEDHeadlightsPro.com will not reply when requesting an RMA's as stated on their site, tried to contact via email twice, left 2 voice mails, and online chat will not assist.

This website is very user friendly. I did not have any problems finding the correct part for my truck. The only problem that I have is that when the headlights are on, static comes in over the radio. When I contacted LedHeadLightsPro.com, the agent said that it was because of the type of wiring in the lights and that there was nothing that could be done. If I had known this, I would not have purchased these lights.
