I used your vehicle identifier to choose product. I received order. Wrong product was shipped and upon opening of package I learned ATV headlights were sent. I wanted motorcycle headlight. I called to get RMA number for return. I could not understand broken English from the customer care person. After numerous attempts to communicate with the person, I stated,'I do not understand what you are saying and cannot figure out how to move forward.' I disconnected the call. I planned to attempt another call, with hopes of a better result. Later that night I received a phone call from someone that had information about the inabilility to complete the earlier call. This lady instructed me to leave packages at the drop off location for pickup the next day. I did so. Packages were picked up. There was no mention of RMA number by contact person. Therefore the reason the RMA wasn't used, also the reason the wrong product was shipped, were no fault off mine. I should not be charged the 20% restocking or any other fees because I followed your instructions. Your site had information for 1999 Yamaha Venture as my vehicle and sent headlights for ATV.

The website was easy to navigate and very informative. The lights work great and are a huge improvement over the silver star Ultras I was using. Installation on a Ford with the 9007 type lights was challenging. I had to modify the large plastic nut in order to work with the new LED bulbs. I broke one of the three inner tabs off so the nut could be forced over the bulb and still work to hold it in. A new plastic retaining nut already modified ( better than my way) would be a great addition to this kit. The lights do work great and I will be ordering another set for my Excursion. Thanks

I asked and was initially told by a representative that I would need an anti flicker relay ballast to make the LED bulbs work with my vehicle. Up one receiving and installing the items, I soon discovered that the anti-flicker relay was in fact not necessary and was actually preventing the bulbs from working properly. I contacted the company and explained the situation. The representative quickly and cheerfully refunded my purchase amount for the relays and told me that I could just keep them anyway. At that time, I also informed the representative that one of the blue bulb filters had been damaged either during packaging or shipping. The representative shipped me not one replacement filter, but four...at no additional charge! Now that's great customer service on both counts. I didn't even have to wine or gripe to make it happen.
