While the written installation instructions are poorly written and mostly useless, the diagrams make it fairly easy to install the lighting system. It took me less than an hour.
The item details were clearly shown and product options dropdown was nice so I could customize my light. However, after the order was completed, it took over a week to be delivered when it promised 2 days. The installation was a nightmare, nothing at all was plug and play as advertised. Their customer service is by far one of the worst Ive ever had with a company. After inquiring the representative about the installation, given his enormous lack of knoledge about the product he just told me I was an idiot who didnt know how to install it. Some cars need an adapter bracker for the bulb to be held in place but their customer support just argued instead of helping me. The bulb itself was good quality but if you want to buy it make sure it fits without needing anything else otherwise you will waste your time and money since they will take 20% from you if you return plus shipping. Nobody will help if anything was wrong so be aware.

Excellent product with awesome prices! The only complaint is the tang on the connector is on the wrong side. I had to reverse the connector in order to get the light to work. Instead of the tab holding the connector, I used electrical tape. Still excellent product and excellent price. I'm getting close to a year with the headlights and no problems. I've since replaced the high beam and fog lights.
