Easy so far. Once I get them and install I will be able to rate for everything. Had to make changes to the access cover for the headlight as it would not fit back on with the new bulbs They are a lot bigger. Leaving it off isn't an option they seal the assembly. Very happy with the bulbs hope they have a good life span which will make the price well worth it.

2nd purchase with your company
Shipping was very fast. The 5202 fog lights would not fit. The 9012 headlight led bulbs were more fun than the stock bulbs. I sent everything back, but customer service is a joke here. Email can't help, phone won't help, have to use the chat session. I was told that I would not get a restocking fee 1 day, and the next day I was told I would be getting a fee. It cost me $21 to ship back non fitting and dim bulbs. I would never recommend this place!

Not exactly plug and play as described. I had difficulty modifying the retaining ring to go over the base and hold the light in place. My light would not work out of the box, I bought some dielectric grease and applied to the contacts and then the lights worked fine. Would not be a bad idea to recommend that in the installation instructions. Overall very happy with the lights. Need better install instructions though.
Easy and fast
When I purchased my product I notified the sales associated of make/model/year of car. I received the product quickly and it was well packaged. Unfortunately, the parts shipped do not fit my vehicle. In order to return the product I needed to pay a 20% restock fee and a ~$23 FedEx shipping fee. So basically I paid ~$50 for nothing!
If I order for the wrong car, that's on me. If you provided the wrong parts, that should be on XenonPro.
Easy install.check engine light came on and no radio reception.i chatted on line four times and was told to add ferrite cores i did,did not help.i.m sending them back.louis c.was not helpful at all.i wanted the lights and also wanted my radio.not a happy camper.
I'm used to HID bit thought I'd try LED but not as satisfied with them! I wish i would've stuck to what I knew would work for me!
I have not installed them yet, so I can not comment on how well they work, but the service so far has been perfect, so I expect the lights will be great.
I did not like the lights in my F250 so I called to return. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping and would have to pay a 25% restocking fee (my fault for not reading better). After I agreed to pay for the return, I was told that I would receive an RMA. It's been a week and I have yet to receive it. This is not the first time I purchased from you but it will be my last. Very disappointed with the product and the customer service. I will make sure to advised my truck club and any other car guy I know not to buy from you. Thank you Mikey
