Ordering has been great. Hope the product is also. Thanks. Products received and work great. Was a real pain in the butt installing them in a 2004 Corvette. The headlight assembly had to be modified because of the depth of the bulb. The high beams, inside bulbs, were to deep and were in the way of the motor rod that raises and lowers the headlight. Took about a day and a Dremel to do. Hope the modification holds up. Will probably order the LED bulbs for the fog lights next.

You told me Dodge Journey 2013 R/T needs to install Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker. I bought two set of (High Beams + Low Beans) + (Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker). High Beans when the car is stopped not blinking but when running the flash. The problem does not occur with Low Beams. Now you advise me to throw away the Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker & After I throw it away I removed the Warning Canceller + Anti-Flicker: High Beam does not blink. Why do I lose money and now I throw it away? You continue to say: You can send them back for a refund but it will be more expensive to do so than your actual refund. I know that - you have misguided. Is this error due to me? There is something wrong in this!
You have also said that I will be refunded 5% of the total value of the invoice after 15 business days upon receipt of the goods when writing about the shopping experience. I will wait for a 5% refund! The lamp is very bright, I will monitor it for the first year.
Note: since I got the goods. I encountered many problems with high beams: Lens rupture, non-stick glue - 360 degree swing, now throw away the warning.

Ordered high and low beam. High beams did not fit. Return process was far from smooth. Chat got no response, dor close to 15 minutes, 5th in line. Call the listed customer service line and was told to use the chat option. Tried again and was met with guite a bit of resistance at first and was ignored for about thirtty minutes. When I closed the session and started a new one was told that the session was disconnected. My coumputer screen showed that I wasn't until I disconnected after no responses for the thirty minutes. In second session I was pretty much told instantly that I would receive an email with return instructions. That email never came. I had to try several more times times to get another chat sessions n and then had to copy and paste return instructions from the chat session text in order to have the instructions.

The low beam LED lamps were easy to install. I would recommend adding markings for positive and negative terminals. I had to disconnect and reconnect both the flicker control cable and the lamp cable a couple of times before I got it right. Still easy though. So far I am happy with them. They are very bright compared to the halogen bulds.

XenonPro customer support is bad enough that I probably won't buy from them again.
