We went to look at kitchens quite early in our building project. Francois was very patient as we returned several times to make changes to our original ideas ultimately completely reconfiguring the plan. Once we finally decided production & delivery was swift & we were kept informed. We installed ourselves and the appointment for the worktop fitted well with our schedule and that was installed to plan and so we would recommend Wren to anyone considering buying a kitchen from them.

Up until 2 week after the work was completed, I received an invoice from the Wren appointed fitter changing for work already listed in the contract, I passed the invoice to Wren who passed it around until it reached customer services who think i should pay for modifications to an incorrect wall unit and pay additional costs to install the waste pipes to my sink.
First class experience from start to finish. Aimee Brookes our planner was very helpful and could not do enough to help

After an initial wobble with our designer a new one was allocated to us.
The new one was brilliant. Knew everything and offered a lot of solutions to the design of our small awkward kitchen.
The whole process was really easy and ran smoothly. We were impressed with the use of the wren app.

From the moment we set foot in their showroom and all the way through to the final sign off we have been very impressed! There was no pressure in the showroom just help when we needed it followed by the detailed design in which we were fully involved and included. The ordering and payment process was easy and straightforward. Finally the delivery and installation was perfect, the wren fitter was absolutely brilliant and now we have our perfect bedroom!

Very very disappointed when told by wren fitters that i had to pay an extra £240 when the work was finished. Explanation was hidden extras. WHAT?. I was under the impression that everything was included in the full quoted price can you investigate this query also can you tell me when the 1st payment is due and how much every month to be paid thank you jimmy *******6946
Wren did a great design. We had considered an extension to get more space but the design meant we didn't need to. The virtual design was exactly the same as what was installed.
Make sure you are aware of what fitters are allowed to do on the install, ours are really good but he wasn't allowed to touch electrics and plumbing was extra but he was great and did a lot for free. It's a big upheaval getting a kitchen installed but well worth it. Be prepared.
