Experience with Wren was very good from start to finish. We ordered kitchen units but sought and supplied our own electrical appliances and arranged our own fitting. Wren kept us very well informed throughout the process and even offered an early delivery which we declined but that wasn't a problem. Units arrived on time and were fitted without problem, other than for a missing handle but Wren provided a replacement without quibble very quickly. Vey happy with quality of the workmanship and materials used and would use Wren again.

I really regret agreeing to use an installer recommended by Wren. The work was done to very poor quality, for example the Wren installer did not connect the pipes for the kitchen sink, and did not connect most of the electric sockets which meant none of the kitchen appliances (except the fridge freezer) could be tested. (I got these things completed by others after the kitchen install). The quality of the plastering the walls (after removing the old tile splashback) was really shoddy - I was told by the installer that I would need to "do a bit of sanding" myself to prepare it for painting! He even left the corner post covering the pipes (see pictures) unfinished and told me to call him "at a later date to come and fix it"! And the list goes on and on...

Of course I complained to Wren and pointed out that the installer was an agent acting on their behalf, and therefore it was their responsibility to rectify all the problems caused by him but they did not accept this. I am now taking my complaint to the Ombudsman as they have refused to fix all these issues. I have to say I was very happy with the design itself but given the awful installation experience I will be avoiding Wren in the future altogether.

There have been delays, maybe due to a labor shortage.
Kitchen cabinets delivered October 2022.the actual date changed a couple times. Actual installation took a day, one person.a different guy came to finish up (cabinet handles, drawer pulls, adjustments)
During installation, a couple of damages were spotted and reported to Wren, replacements were sent.
At time of this writing, January 2023, a replacement tower awaits installation.
The customer service is attentive, but enacting a request can be slow.the installers can be difficult to obtain, but they're quite competent.the delivery teams are courteous, and mindful of dirtying your floors.
Our designer was quick to act on requests from us, overall the Wren personnel and the products are wonderful.the trouble-shooting teams have to coordinate better--i would get calls and emails from different people about the same issue!
I love the cabinets.sturdy, well-made, I got navy blue and I couldn't be happier!

The kitchen is fantastic, the quality and look is great. The only issue was that the designer hadn't considered certain things with regards to the shape of the room and gaps etc so these weren't highlighted to us and it wasn't fully clear on the plans. Luckily, our Wren fitter was amazing and he managed some adapt panels and the worktops themsleves to ensure the gaps weren't visible on completion. We absolutely love our kitchen.

I was welcome by a poilet gentleman Joshua from the Stockton branch he was very helpful and was very helpful when we ad some miner hiccups he was very helpful and it delt with quickly
