Good all round experience. Fitter had no problems with installing the ready made cabinets. I am very happy with the end result.
The only snag was that after the worktop was fitted and before the kitchen was actually used, it became obvious that there were two blemishes in the surface which could be seen quite clearly in the daylight from the window. One was a very unusual, clear imprint of something that looked like a tool of some kind. This was six inches long, running in from the rounded edge of the worktop - it was perfectly straight, about quarter inch wide, ending in a very distinctive hook-like shape. The second was a definite gouge out on another part of the kitchen worktop. Wren replaced the worktop without question when looking at the photographs of the blemishes. I am waiting for warmer weather before having the new top fitted as cutting has to be done outside.
