Wren did exactly what it said on their advertising bill board and from designer to quotation to delivery dates for units and Quartz installation it all went smoothly-like a storm free cruise!

Although we had done quite a lot of planning before visiting the showroom, we found that the input from the design team was really helpful. We ended up with exactly what we wanted.

I had several problems with the installation. First the stove wouldn't fit in the opening, next I had the wrong size sink, they said it would be at least a week before they could get back to install the new one. Then there was the mess they left behind, besides the pile of cardboard they left in my living room, there were hand and finger prints all over the new cabinets and ceiling, also wood chips in the drawers and cabinets. So I talked to corporate customer satisfaction and was told the installers would call me " nope" never happened. Then I called the store manager in Wilkes Barre Pa where I bought it he said he'd take care of it "nope" never happened. So I ended up hiring someone to finish the job. Oh and did I mention that I was supposed to get a bullnose countertop and did not, I got a flat one. So in the if you're considering getting a Wren kitchen DON'T do it. Run away as fast as you can.
Never by a Wren Kitchen when doing a extension - They talk you into locking prices up and send surveyors around afterwards but then it all comes back to agreements made before extensions are done - Kitchen is not per diagram - Cany believe how many Wren calls etc were made but in the end kicthen is shorter than planned and they wont do anything but offer £70 back - Whole kitchen extension look as gone as eating the breakfast bar is still in old kitchen than new extension and £70 offered on Top of the range kitchen

We visited the Exeter store and met with Ben the kitchen designer, he couldn't have been more helpful in designing our beautiful kitchen and going through all the different designs / appliances etc with us, at no point did we feel pressured, just pure customer based satisfaction.
8 weeks on and we now have our dream kitchen fitted by their approved installers, the whole process from design / delivery of the kitchen and the installation process couldn't have been any better. Its been a pure pleasure buying from Wren and can't fault their service in anyway

Started nice before they received deposit. After deposit been paid they ignore you when contacted. When I decided to cancel contract ( in terms and condition clearly states that up to 28 days before delivery date it is your right to do it) they pretend not to hear you and don't respond to your request, like they are waiting for time to pass that cool off period (28 days before date of delivery) to take your money.
And please don't give my generic response that you will investigate just cancel the contract.

From day one we were looked after giving us help, guidance and their patience. Yes we had one or two hiccups with delivery but it was rectified very quickly, installation was great and it looks fantastic.

Just love my kitchen.arrived on date expected Amazing quality great selection to see in showroom. Very helpful staff.But most of all very good prices I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about a new kitchen go to WRENS. I Recommend my daughter but when she saw mine she loved it.Her kitchen gets done in July.Thank you Wrens.

There was much to like about Wren's service. Good communication and advice in the early stages and opportunities to make changes as necessary. The fit undertaken by Wren was reasonably straightforward and we are happy with the end product. But the fitter had advised that additional materials were required which were not ordered and therefore not provided at the time. This has led to significant delays in getting the extra materials provided and fitters back to complete the work. There was also some effort needed to persuade Wren to agree to remove waste from the site for a second time which could have been avoided had the work been undertaken as originally programmed.

Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
