I placed two orders to take advantage of the easter 2017 sale using the hair suggestion of a you tube advice video by "the lovely bryana". I bought the NATURAL COLOR ITALIAN YAKI BRAZILIAN VIRGIN HAIR GLUELESS FULL LACE WIGS[GFL19] and the NATURAL COLOR DEEP WAVE BRAZILIAN VIRGIN HAIR FULL LACE WIGS[FLW15]. The first problem started with the Italian yaki wig- it had ear tabs that were completely visible and couldnt be hidden even if I wore the hair down. I took several pictures and notified "amanda" who replied tjat she didnt see a problem. I then took more pictures at her request and sent them showing the wig on my head with the visible ear tabs. She s claimed to not see a problem. I notified my bank and filed a transaction dispute based on the wig cap defect. My bank actually temporarily refunded my money. "Amanda" emailed, now willing to admit the problem but she is refusing to replace the wig. They wanted to repair it by adding more hair along the hair line. All I could think of was those old school martial arts movies with fighters who had the super thick hair lines on their wigs. But even worse, they decided they were going to hold my second wig for delivery until I agreed to send it back for them to "fix". The email from "Amanda" actually stated that they are holding the second order because I filed the case.The only good thing is that I have that in writing. They dont understand consumer rights at all. I talked to my bank again and they have asked me to submit another transaction dispute for the second wig they are witholding because they were paid and are refusing to deliver it. Besides having no communication skills, they are difficult to work with if there's an issue. Do not order from them if you dont want order drama. What ever happened to just plain ordering what you want and getting a usable product?

I ordered 10 inch Indian hair the hair came and some of the pieces were 8 inches it looks absolutely rediculous it came layered but in the picture it says NOTHING about being layered.

It's only been a week and it sheds too

After I submitted my first order the first red flag I received was an email in all caps saying I CAN NOT RETURN MY ORDER, immediately after I made the purchase. I found that a bit odd that they needed to emphasize that in such an unprofessional way.

I purchased the 360 frontal in October 2016, I didn't receive my package until January. (They do this so you can't call your bank to remove the charges it's been over 90 days! What if they sent me nothing at all?)

I received the package and the hair looked great, shiny but a bit on the thin side. The package came with curling wands and free hair wrapping cloth. So everything appeared to be great and worth the wait.

I had the hair installed and it was extremely itchy, I've had other fronals installed before but not on that level of itchiness, but it looked really good and natural looking. Literately 3 days later I washed my frontal. CHUNKS of hair was falling out... CHUNKS. I tried to blow dry it on cool to prevent any further irritation and as a result I have two bald patches on my frontal. I have no choice but to remove it. I spent over $200 on a hairstyle that was supposed to last me at least two to three months. Now I have to remove it and I lost my money due to those scam artists. Stay far away from Wowafrican they are a corrupt and probably a racist business!

I purchase the following unit after watching LovelyBryana on Youtube-360 FRONTAL WIG 180% DENSITY NATURAL WAVE BRAZILIAN VIRGIN HAIR [TLW03]

The wig shed, smelled, the hair on the frontal was not the same hair in back. The unit was disgusting. I am starting a new instagram to expose companies like this that send hair to gurus with the intentions of gaining purchasers just to rip us off. I've purchased four units; two Brazilian silky straight, a silk top and now a remy lace front. I found the cap construction for the remy lace wig was the best out of all the units and had a more realistic look to it. Their Brazilian hair last about 6 months before you need a new unit. You'll start experiencing shedding around this time. Also the construction of the cap needs work. The remy hair which was my favorite tangled at the nape. It's a hit or miss with this company. Im in the process of looking for a new vendor or just making my own wig. Hope this helped.

I purchased a lace wig from this wow africa company and the hair was not as pictured on their website site. I Immediately returned the product, the representative Davina, requested not to add tracking on the return product. It's has now been over two months and they claim they never recieved my return package. Just a bunch of scammers that think Americans are stupid. When I send follow up emails pertaining to the return and my refund they claim to allow the package more time. Please people do not order from Wow africa!

Do not buy this hair. Stay as far away from this company as possible. I purchased 3 bundles of Yaki straight Brazilian hair and it was poor quality. The bundles were so thin and the weft of the hair was terrible. It had split ends and was cut off. The hair shed so much that I was sweeping my bathroom floor everyday. This company is a sham and don't try your luck. I agree with the bad reviews on YouTube, that they give the people that we are watching the good hair and us the bad hair.

At first I was excited my wig arrived after waiting just over a week from when I ordered. I purchased the 'Natural Color Silky Straight Brazilian Virgin Hair Glueless Full Lace Wigs[GFL06]' in #3 dark brown with cap #4, as I wanted the hairline round the front and back to be natural enough to have updos.

The first thing I noticed was that the nape lace on the back was not complete. In fact it had no hair knotted to it at all, so the hair ended at the band and didn't even go down onto the extended lace section, meaning it didn't blend/cover my own nape hair. I pointed this out to them with photos but they made excuses and didn't care at all.

Secondly, the hair itself was definitely not virgin hair. It looked damaged and there were some split ends. I suspect it was also dyed to the colour #3 as it didn't appear like a natural shade, making it look fake.

Thirdly, I purchased density of 130%. It was dense but only round the front sides and top of the crown. This made it look super wiggy. I was hoping they would be making the hair dense from the top of the crown down to the back just like natural hair growth. I guess they did this to cover the clips but it's just too front heavy to pull off as being natural. The hair density is so thick at the front sides that's it's literally hardwork to try and even pull the hair back into a ponytail.

I had to REALLY do a lot of work to this wig and still not successful. I did ask the company for a discount so I could purchase somethings else instead, but they really don't care and make what ever excuse they can. Very disappointed.

I made my purchase with this company based off two youtubers. I didn't see this blog first. Such regrets :/

All of the reviews below mine about this company being horrible is true. I bought a closure and bundles and wore the hair for exactly one month. Treated the hair with care and used minimal heat. Unfortunately, the 4th week came and my closure began to shed really bad but I didn't realize how bad until I took it off. Wowafrican gave me this huge run around basically trying to make it seem as if it was my fault. Talked about sealing wefts and heat damage when the middle of a closure doesn't have wefts, and I used heat twice the entire time! I will be going on YouTube and having all of my friends share this horrible review. 25% off of a new closure that may do the same thing again is the epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
