I sold my old wedding band set and Kendall VanAmburg assisted me from beginning to end. Actually even after end! Kendall updated me via email every step of the way! And once my set sold he continued to follow up to ensure that I received my funds! I have had trouble in the past getting my ring to sell, whether it be through eBay or from a pawn shop but Worthy took care of everything for me. Not only did they take professional pictures, but Abbey Merchant made the auction process incredibly smooth and worked with me directly throughout the entire process. This company is beyond incompetent. I sent four rings to be auctioned. Worthy listing them all together and wanted to sell all four as a package for $3500 minus their commission. When I was called, I asked if that was for just the Engagement ring or all 4. They said they were listed all together. I immediately told them no and to send back my rings. Weeks went by with me calling for updates to see when my rings would be returned. Finally got ahold of a human that was honest. They let me know my Engagement was accidentally sold already and that they lost my wedding band. Fast forward, weeks of back & forth. Worthy wants me to claim on my insurance. Insurance says that is not possible. Replacement cost of my insured engagement ring was $11,500 & $1,600 for my Wedding Band. Worthy has offered me $2,870 for my engagement ring they sold without my permission & $800 for my wedding band they lost. My replacement costs that have been insured for years equal $13,100, They want to give me $3670. 00. This story has only begun as I have reached out to insurance & attorneys. Lindsay at Worthy was asked to have a manager contact me on 11/17/20, as I am done with her attitude and disrespect for my valuables. It has been crickets!
