"I already left a review about my experience with Worthy, but I neglected to mention that the reason I had such a wonderful experience was the Auction Manager, Kendall Vanamburg. He was the one who guided me through every step and kept me informed. I never stressed; if I had a question he answered it in under thirty minutes (I've never had such incredible customer service before!) Kendall let me know that he received my jewelry and every single step that the piece was undergoing; I felt like I was taking a ride with the necklace! As soon as it was sold on auction he sent me another email and told me when to expect payment in my account. Please be sure that this letter gets in his HR file, and I will be contacting him again!"

Both of my Rolexes were sold slightly above reserve. Kendall was very cooperative and easy to do business with. My only complaint is that the auction only lasted two days and I feel I would have gained more if the auction was the usual length.

I found this company by searching for auctions that were accredited by the BBB. They took care of absolutely everything needed to get my ring auction ready. They insured the ring during transit so that I had no worries sending it off. They asked my permission before altering the ring or my auction in any way. It was easy to grant permission because the website is super easy to use. By the time my auction was finished, I was not happy with my highest bid. I reached out to my auction manager, Ornella, to ask if I could reauction my ring. She suggested that we instead negotiate with the highest bidder. They ended up accepting our counter offer. It is unfortunate that we don't get what we initially paid for our diamonds, but the good news is that this team will help you get all you can from their professional buyers.
