I spoke to an adviser and he explained the process which was pretty seamless. I wish I could have gotten a little more for the rings, but in the end, I have more money in my pocket versus the rings just sitting in a jewelry box. The funds will be used towards much needed new home gym equipment. I'm excited!

Worthy ads were starting to pop up on my feeds everywhere. I did have pieces of jewelry that I wanted to sell and had a reserve in my mind. After checking with local jewelers and not happy with the results, I decided to give Worthy a try. For being a busy working woman, I didn't have the time or energy to watch and hassle for the money that I wanted for my pieces. So having Worthy do the leg work for me was nice. I wouldn't say the turn around was quick and easy because coming from Hawaii, nothing is quick and easy. The whole process took time but not as bad I would say. I will use Worthy again but not have such high expectations in turn around. I did sell my piece for what I would have been satisfied with so I am glad Worthy came through on that part.

Worthy offers a seamless process for selling your used jewelry. They communicate every step of the way and keep the process moving. They provide a one stop shop for selling, which leads to them taking a hefty cut of the proceeds. I ended up with less than 1/4 of the appraised value and less than 1/2 retail price. But I likely got more than a pawn shop or private sale with less hassle so if you just want to get rid of it and put a chunk of change in your bank account, this is a great option.

I sold my ring for much more than I thought I could. Kendall, my service representative, kept me updated on the entire process. I am delighted with the process, the provider service, and would not hesitate to use Worthy I the future.

Like a lot of people I was skeptical and a little nervous about sending precious items off through the mail and to a company that I hadn't worked with before. I can say though that my entire experience from item drop off at the convenient FedEx location to the funds from the sale hitting my bank account was smooth and quick. Abbey my Worthy rep was very kind in answering all my questions and keeping me informed via email and text every step of the way. I was so pleased with my first experience that I actually immediately shipped another more valuable item for Worthy to sale for me. Worthy is fair, honest, and I'm able to get a higher price for my items using them over the many other options.

I sent them my great grandmother's supposed diamond wedding ring. I knew nothing about the ring. It looked to be at least a carat supposed diamond. A friend who has bought diamond rings in the past said if it is REAL, it could be worth $4,000-$5,000. So I gave them a shot.
I quickly got a response that they were sorry, the ring would not be in demand at their auction, so they were returning it.
That is fine. But I had no reason why, and I asked if they can at least tell me if the ring was too old or even REAL. You never know. Great-gramps could have gotten her a cubic zirconia. I would have least liked to have known why it was not even auction-worthy. So I would have to give the process 2-stars for being 'incomplete' in my estimate.
** UPDATE **
Shortly after posting this review, a representative from Worthy contacted me and did confirm that the diamond I sent in was NOT authentic. They apologized I was not told immediately. Thus everything on their end was done appropriately and professionally.

I do feel like the process took a long time to get to auction but I had constant communication from Worthy and they worked with me when I wanted a higher price. Abbey was great to talk too!

Followed the steps, ring sold, received an email saying money is in my PayPal account. NOTHING.
Checking every day, massage saying they are having a problem check back later… It has now been 4 weeks. I have left messages and have tried to contact anyone, still nothing. Dissatisfied and disappointed
