I bought a Gadget to allow me to have Wifi when I went Traveling but after a lot of trying even got an expert to try it would not work, so then I tried to contact the company when I did All I got is the run around, after over a month I am still no further on, I have even returned the goods, another story, so I have nothing to show for my money £90. So my advice to anyone thinking of getting a mobile wifi do not get it from Word sim.
I bought a SIM card for data from the above company in Armsterdam a few days ago, it worked well for a few days, but now it can not get data. I talked with their customer service three times, they run through every option but it did not work. They said their technical team will send me an email. Today I received an email, in which I was told to contact them again, so I called, very disappointing, a staff asked me to run through the procedure again, but no result. I demanded a new sim card or refund my money, but he said he would report this problem to their national center, well let 's wait for the result.
I shall let everyone know the result. We shall see how this company solve this issue.
If you are thinking of buying a SIM card, my advice is to try another company.

Stay far away from WorldSim, especially if you communicate with Verizon subscribers. I have had horrible experiences with their customer service since I purchased one of their phone/sim products in 2013. It took them two years to discover and/or disclose that the reason I could not send text messages to phones in the US is because they do not have a business agreement with Verizon (one of the largest telecom companies). This is not made known in any of their product information, web pages, etc. For 2 years all they would say is that they are working on the problem that they will fix soon, but had no idea how to solve the problem.

Early on this year, got shipped to a different dept in my office where I was supposed to move in States and Mexico every now and then. Though, my office provided me a roaming sim card, that was an absolute crap service. I was not sure exactly which network I chose. So, glanced over some online reviews and compared their tariffs and, finally, decided upon Worldsim. At last, got assurance on my oversea communication with a truly promising brand.
I am travelling in Sri Lanka and in a hotel with no wifi in the room. Brilliant, I'll connect my newly purchased TriFi Pocket Modem. The initial capacity was used up almost instantaneously so I topped up with 20 pounds. By the time I woke up in the morning it was completely used up. OK, I topped up with 50 pounds in the morning and still no internet access. When I called Worldsim they told me that I had used up the entire 50 pounds in 5 minutes connection to the internet. I may have received 3-4 emails in that 5 minutes with immaterial attachments. Further I had been connected to the "wrong" network. They admitted I had been over charged but could not guarantee to reverse the charge and would take 24 hours to get back to me. In order to connect to the right network it seems I have to take the Sim card out of the modem, insert it in a phone and then manually connect to their preferred network. I asked them how I was supposed to know this given it isn't in the instructions for the device or on their web site. They had no response. This is a total rip off.
Late November, purchased a worldSIM 3G portable Router which came with a very easy set up. Could work very smoothly with laptop and my Mac. Speed got slower when I used the devices in long length, but within a decent distance, always performed very well. Found the device promising for cheap data tariffs and strong coverage.
Got smooth functionality with WorldSIM Stylus Pen. Typing on tab was really boring but I could write articles with this stylus and when got back to home, transferred those docs to my PC with the same pen. Purchased another one for my boss as Xmas gift.

Even, in some places, WorldSIM caught better signal than the local network. It was amazing getting a network helped me staying close to my family with a lessened price.
As my previous modem turned to be faulty, purchased a new Mobile WiFi from WorldSIM. Used it in some recent oversea trips. Though it did not provide me ultra speed, but I was satisfied as ups and down on net speed happened rarely. Was in comfort while going through internet tasks.

And, luckily got the router (I chose the Huawei) from them as well. Though we could assign ten devices with each router but I did not allow more than five. I got combination for some of tasks on roaming with the Phone! Use it when I stay on roaming. Seemed to be the perfect one when I could not take care of any phone but has to go through some rough usage. Battery was helpful and normally my samsung phone does not go more than one day but this one survived for three days with one time charge. I would recommend.
Just two days before a road trip in Mexico, collected a simple handset from my roaming network provider. Answer: To set up data, I believe you require to set the APN as mobiledata. And their return is around 2 weeks from the day you receive the product.

They just want you to buy the card and then no support. I have called and emailed and open case for 10 times.( i have 10mails) and their answer was " please test again and if there is a problem we are happy to assist you" thats it. No solution, no nothing. I cannot call UK numbers 0044. I have sent 10 emails, I lost money from my job because of the time tryting to connect with them and 2 weeks later, today the answer I received for my 10th email was Dear customer, Please re-test and share latest couple of examples if failed again to investigate this issue further.
