Every one in the world want there contact limit should be limit less, for that we used different type of sim card and hope our sim card will have network anywhere we go. But, every service provider is not able to provide networks every where and WorldSIM is one of the service provider who has recommended networks in most of the countries. I am a sales executive so I have to travel 5 days in week. WorldSIM is the my best service provider, because it provide networks and internet facility in every country and hilly areas too.

Awesome! I just received a WorldSIM Duet adapter and I must tell you that this gadget is really amazing in terms of battery life, compatibility and for making and receiving calls. Both sim cards works phenomenally good, don't have any sort of problem right now and this is really very useful for the iOS users and resolves carrying two different phones for two SIM'S. In short I will recommend this to all those users who don't like to carry two phones, this small device is a perfect solution for this problem so in my opinion this is extremely good.
I bought the Worldsim TriFi (Pocket WiFi & Power Bank) on a flight from London to South Africa. On the very same day after buying it, I could not get it to work and I have been in contact with Worldsim via email and phone continuously, but all failed to get it to work.
After returning to the UK I decided I wanted a full refund for the device and money I've spent on Worldsim, but they are simply ignoring my request. Worst thing is you can't even reply to their emails and have to go to their website, sign in and respond via that which is very inconvenient.
It's been almost a month now and I am still playing ping pong with their customer service. I do not want their device and want my money back, but they are simply ignoring this request.
Very bad company to deal with, I will avoid at all cost!

I am working in a remote part of Tanzania and have had terrible trouble accessing internet so bought this. Have been using it just over a week with up to 7 devices at one time on it and it has worked flawlessly. Extremely happy with it. I get strong signal all around the house even if I am far from the box. Makes work significantly easier. Absolutely no complaints so far!

I ordered a WorldSIM card three weeks before my trip to Spain and I never received. Less than 3 hours of landing in Barcelona (it would have been less but I had to wait for stores to open at 10am), I purchased a cheaper, with a better plan, pay as you go SIM card. If I had read reviews of WorldSIM before purchasing my card, I never would have purchased. I contacted WorldSIM several times post purchase but prior to my trip to inquire about my order. Customer service was useless. I plan to contest the charge with my credit card company when I return home.
UPDATE: After posting the above review, the same day WorldSIM posted a response asking me to contact them. (The quickest response to date I have received from WorldSIM.) I contacted them per their request. I NEVER received a response, NEVER received my SIM card, and NEVER received a refund. NEVER, EVER do business with this "company".

This place is a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I bought a portable internet device and it does not work. Their customer service is horrible, won't help you and keep giving you the run around. The numbers of customer service are no longer in service and they are SCAMMERS! I have lost my money and my patience.

I bought a data only sim to use in my car, at no time was I made aware that the sim needed setting up in an unlocked phone. Following a unhelpful live chat to enquire about a refund because I am unable to set up the sim and my £20 credit will never be used. A refund cannot be given unless the sim is defective. I am obviously very dissatisfied in this companies information and refund policy.

Answer: To set up data, I believe you require to set the APN as mobiledata. And their return is around 2 weeks from the day you receive the product.

They just want you to buy the card and then no support. I have called and emailed and open case for 10 times.( i have 10mails) and their answer was " please test again and if there is a problem we are happy to assist you" thats it. No solution, no nothing. I cannot call UK numbers 0044. I have sent 10 emails, I lost money from my job because of the time tryting to connect with them and 2 weeks later, today the answer I received for my 10th email was Dear customer, Please re-test and share latest couple of examples if failed again to investigate this issue further.
