Thank's Daniel for all the information & assistance. I was confused with my number's until Daniel figured it out & upgraded my old sim. Using Worldsim for the past 3 year's great service.
I had had no success in getting it to work with my phone. I was initially able to setup the APN while in the states but as soon as I arrived in Netherlands the APN I had saved was gone AND despite all attempts (including following the instructions of customer service) I was unable to recreate the APN, or, make a call. I followed their instructions 4-5 times and told them the option to recreate the APN was disabled (cannot explain why... it just was), and they would ignore what I had just told them and repeat the same steps.
Additionally, the customer service representatives were terrible at listening to me, because I would explain the problem in detail and they would just tell me to repeat the same steps I had already done multiple times. I began to question whether they even understood what I was saying and tried to simplify it as if talking to a child. All they were interested in is reading me the instructions in their script. The actual phone connection quality was the worst I have ever experienced - the static and call quality made it almost impossible to hear or understand them - every time I called!
Daniel was so helpful setting up my mobile apn. Even setup a data bundle which was very helpful. Great customer support. I would like to thank this agent for making it easy and I rate a 5 star for worldsim.
Navigating through world sim's website to top up my sim proved to be a bit tricky but with Daniel's assistance I got all the help I needed very quickly. Thank you!

Daniel was very patience and gave me lots of very useful information with the problems I had with my phone using it in Kuwait. What I would say is that you need to sort out the website as It will not recognize you telephone number when trying to top it up. Plus I was on the phone 20 minutes trying to get a customer services at this end in Kuwait. Your password forgot does not work either, in the end I had to use Daniel to top up. Every different country I've been to over the past few years I've had to either buy a local data / sim card or get scalped for roaming charges. Not anymore. Since I've started using the worldsim, I know exactly what my costs are, and I don't have to spend hours getting prepaid data/sim cards in each country.
If this wasn't good already, I've used their tech support line multiple times and have always had my issue resolved. Today I was assisted by Matt, who explained to me how to resolve the issue I was having (I'm in Germany at present and my German is non existent), and all is running again!
I'm very happy with both their product and their service.

Chat service was fast and quick! They went over all the plans and answered all my questions. I have yet to try the the EU Sim bundle during my trip.
The sim was easy to purchase, but had some issues when trying to set up data. This was quickly and easily rectified, however, by customer service through the online chat.
Overall, I would recommend their service.

The person Daniel was very helpfull staff. I would need a lot of time he gave me. I´m excited. I have one WorlSim and it was very easy with this in USA.
I have Chatted many times with the WORLDSIM Customer Service Personnel but my Problem has not been resolved.
I am still waiting for my Problem to be resolved.
On a different note I have used other WORLDSIM SIM Cards for many more years, in the past the WORLDSIM was very useful.
The website is kind of a joke so I should have known better than purchasing from them. They are pretty much uncontactable. The phone number goes to a terrible line where you can barely hear the Indian call centre reps who are not empowered to make any decisions and answer every problem with "we're escalating your enquiry" which is a deadend that occasionally results in an open-ended email "ticket" that you cannot reply to (gives an error if you do try) and the mail form on their website produces errors if you try to use it "you haven't entered a correct ticket number" - a catch-all error that is just designed to prevent you from sending messages.
Phone works for a little while and then stops even though the data count on my phone says I've only use 33% of the bundle purchased.
Panic-stricken I bought another bundle which then could not be activated... so bad service it almost makes you wonder if they are just accessing your phone to steal the data or something and then deactivating it and laughing about your continued attempts to use the customer service runaround and even paying them more money. Seriously bad feelings about the whole experience... Stay Away!
Also they sent me an email offering me money to leave a review so I don't believe half of these reviews...

Answer: To set up data, I believe you require to set the APN as mobiledata. And their return is around 2 weeks from the day you receive the product.
Answer: THey never answer and if they answer they just say we will solve your problem and they never do. Stay away from world sim card. They are cheeting. They just want you to buy the card and then no support. I have called and emailed and open case for 10 times.( i have 10mails) and their answer was " please test again and if there is a problem we are happy to assist you" thats it. No solution, no nothing. I cannot call UK numbers 0044. I have sent 10 emails, I lost money from my job because of the time tryting to connect with them and 2 weeks later, today the answer I received for my 10th email was Dear customer, Please re-test and share latest couple of examples if failed again to investigate this issue further. We will be delighted to assist you with any further queries that you may have. What do you think? It is worth giving their money to them? Definately not. Stay away and try to find other sim cards for calling. Travelsim, gocard, gosim, nowroming and others. STAY AWay people from WORLDSIM card
