Bought WorldSIM with £100 credit for my trip abroad. Instant 10% discount plus personal discount offered via the online chat lowered the price paid to around £76 which was more than welcome!
WorldSIM works fine in dual-SIM Samsung S5 mini along with another one, no issues.
Improvement suggestions:
- on the website, rates are shown in GBP but when bought, credit and charges show in USD, would appreciate GBP as well
- voice quality for outgoing calls to the UK is better than for incoming calls from the UK
- the caller id for incoming call from the UK shows up as a local country number, not the originating number.
The #2 and #3 above may be related to the VoIP leg being used for incoming calls from the UK to the country I am in.
Overall, great value and certainly beats ALL UK operators' roaming rates hands down!

Good customer support

Daniel quickly helped me resolve some issues with my account. I wish WS had a way of letting the customer know that they are about to run out of credit. In our case it left us without internet for 24 hours. Not a great thing when traveling

Ordered two Europe Voice/Data cards for 2 iPhones for upcoming European trip. Ordered via LiveChat on website for the 15% discount. First of all, representative seemed barely to understand even written English and transcribed written address incorrectly. Received an order confirmation via email saying "Authorisation Required". The description of the order didn't correspond to what I had ordered with Matt, the online rep. Of 4 emails to customer service, only one was answered just saying my address was correctly entered. Nothing about order. Total incompetents and I am deeply concerned about these cards and their service even working when I receive them. And even more concerned about support if I need assistance activating the data portion. And, by the way, I attempted to call both the US and UK customer service numbers. The UK number cut out after 5 minutes. After 40 minutes on hold with US number, it as well disconnected. I would definitely say avoid WorldSim at all costs

No satisfying way of dealing with a problem. I think I have 30 confirmation emails whether I chat on line, send an email to Worldsim or enter a message on their contact us website.

Nobody responds...

I had ordered the USA prepaid sim (10GB\30 days) online on 10-Sept 2018. I tried calling their India Customer care number (+91 11 *******) multiple times to check the status of my order but no one attended the call. When I emailed with my order number & asked them whether I would be getting my SIM delivered before I leave for US, after 2 days they are yet to give me any response. Very frustrated...
I have sent another email for cancelling the order & to revert back the payment, they are yet to respond to this email as well.
Better stay away from WorldSIM

Allan has worked with me several times on Live Chat to help me figure out as a first time user of an international SIM card how to install and set it up on my iphone. After no response in 2 months I asked what's haooeneing as I have asked for a refund as my SIM has never worked properly. They advised I have to change my review for them to proceed - really? I doubt I'll ever see my refund but to try and manipulate feedback when my issue hasn't been resolved is one of the lowest demands I've ever experienced.

Useless WORLDSIM

I purchased Unlimited Call and Data for USA from Isha Dabas of WorldSIM, Delhi, India. My no. Has not worked at all in USA and I had to get international roaming on my local India no. Never ever go for it. It is USELESS. - RAKESH SHARMA

We do provide unlimited calls and data for USA sim-card for a certain amount (i. E. GB/Duration), after which the speed is severely reduced. For example high data speed is reduced to low data speed.

I recently purchased a 1000 Minute / 5GB package for my recent visit to the US.

My experiences with WorldSIM were disappointing and frustrating. I spent hours on the phone with technical service, using minutes that I purchased from them, to no end. I was not contacted by a supervisor, as promised.

Most disappointing was the inconsistency of their phone service. I was unable to call several of my family members because WorldSIM determined that they were "Premium Services," which I could certainly call for an additional fee. I could call some of my other contacts without issue.

The most reliable part of my experience with WorldSIM was their data connection. I was often unable to immediately establish a data connection, but after a page refresh, I was always able to get my data, albeit slowly.

I am definitely going to avoid WorldSIM, and I encourage others looking for a reliable solution abroad.
