Adiel provided excellent customer service. My package was taking a tad longer then usual given the holidays but Adiel was able to give them a little push and have it shipped out ASAP. Much appreciated!

The customer service took a while for a response. Alejandro was a great help, though. Also, I wish that the tracking link was actually found in the email with the order confirmation. I had to go to the website under "My Orders" to find it. That would have answered my question.

I had some issues with sizing due to shirts being made from different facilities. I had reached out and got sent another batch which hopefully will be correct. Unfortunately, the second shipment also had some sizing errors. I hope it could also be resolved.

My order was sent to the wrong house, as it got switched with someone with a similar name to mine. Even though we couldn't figure out the shipping Alejandro was very responsive during the whole crazy process. He was very helpful and definitely did try his best to get my package to me.
