Great price and products but horrid customer service
"My order was missing items that was not in stock. They shipped other items but wrote n/s on a group of hats that I ordered. Customer service can not confirm even after I sent a picture of the packing slip so they won't refund missing item cost, they informed my they were waiting for a reply from the wear house. I guess the wear house doesn't take phone calls either. They stopped relying to emails and phoning the company is impossible. To them it's $56. To me it's principle. Funny how they would loose a returning customer for $56. I buy a lot of blank shirts but can't trust this company any more.
I wish I checked here or the better business bureau before becoming a customer. BTW they are rated "F" which is the lowest possible with the BBB. "
Still waiting for a "standard shipping" order that was supposed to take 10 business days. It is now 15 business days and I think I have a fake Purolator tracking number that has been sitting around for 2 days. Very frustrating to deal with. Stay away if you don't want aggravation.
The only good thing I can say about this t-shirt printing company is that they responded quickly to my emails. However after 3 weeks of waiting for my order and being repeatedly told that it would be sent out soon (lies) I had to cancel my order. They cancelled my order straight away which suggests to me that it had never been printed even though they told me it had and was about to be sent out!
