I made a mistake on my order and called customer service. I was attended to by Alejandro who was very helpful and issue was resolved.
I received my order quickly in less than one week.

I was pretty frustrated when a large chunk of my order came with weird fitting collars. I use these items for my small business. I was about to write wordans off, but Charlie quickly rectified the situation! Will likely order again!

Wordan's has outstanding customer service. They have great quality clothes with fast shipping. My package arrived in 1 1/2 week which is pretty fast since I ordered at the busiest time of the year (Christmas). My recent experience dealing with Mig was very positive, her service was fantastic, and responded to emails quickly. Overall, a great online store and an even more excellent service team!

I emailed Wordans regarding a defective sweater I received in my order. Thankfully Adiel replied within 24 hours and was able to help me with my order. Not only did Adiel reply efficiently, but Adiel was also very polite and patient.

There was a mistake with my order and I contacted the support team. I was helped by Ross. He replaced the shirt that was mistaken and was very helpful and easy. Amazing and friendly service! Very happy with my order I just received my shirt. Will be ordering again in bulk!
