Everything was great except having to wait on USPS to deliver my packages. Not sure why I had to wait around and wait to sign for them?! It was frustrating because I don't like being tied down waiting for days to sign for my packages. Need to have other options. USPS is unreliable!
Easy to order. Easy to put together. Seems very solid as they used heavy steel which was well painted. Should last for a long time.

Pricing was good but item came over a week later than expected and when asked about recommended installation methods got minimal to no help. Also used R&L which is my least favorite carrier. Slow, bad communication (did not call in advance of delivery), and generally hard on items.
This is our 3rd purchase from Woodland Direct. In spite of the "lifetime" guarantee, we do burn through grates after about 3 years. However, pricing is reasonable, delivery is timely, and it is a quality product.
In comparison, we burn through grates purchased at our local fireplace shop in less than two years. We will stick with Woodland Direct!

Two items were missing from my shipment. I noticed one when we started to install the fireplace. But the other, wifi dongle, wasn't discovered until a week or 2 later. Woodland replace the first piece found missing, but not the wifi dongle.
So I was forced to purchase a second unit. Got that unit, and it didn't work with a modern version of Android. So I had to return it.

The product is solid and would give it a 5 but the site experience is not great so overall experience is a 4 - I inadvertently ordered two items since I did not get a confirmation that the first order went through. No tracking information available which is really standard for modern commerce these days.
