The cover was everything it was explained to me. Sturdy canvas, the water runs right off of it and there is plenty of Velcro on the sides for easy access to the wood. Would definitely order another one.

Waited too long for tech support.

Calling and being told tech support has 72 business hours to respond is too long. I called on Thursday and Saturday and was told I didn't wait long enough.
But on Monday when I called the technician knew everything and the order and delivery was great.

Service after the sale

The gas technician had a difficult time making the remote control work. I am tech savvy and was unable to make it work. He came back to try it a second time and was able to accomplish his task, but by a miracle! Nowhere in the instructions does it say that the switch on the front of the lighting unit has to be in the center position in order for the remote to work. And the remote itself describes a "mode" button, but there is none. The instructions for the remote that costs $200 should be revised to make it more user friendly! I would give you a -10 for this part of the experience. VERY frustrating!

Installation issues

I ordered G19A burner 01V series. I got parts for 01V and 15 series. The heat shield was for 15 series that I had to modify to fit the 01V controller. The ignitor cable was the length for a manual burner set and was too short. I modified that also. Othe than that, the logs are great. I love being able to control the fire level.

Works Perfectly!

I think one of our grand boys got a little aggressive and broke the end off our fireplace key. Several weeks ago I stopped at a fireplace store in Hobart, IN. They did not have a Blue Flame key or any other but gave me your online information. I ordered my key. It arrived fairly quickly and works wonderfully! Thank you for saving the day!

Loonngg Distance Delivery...

The large size of the box, heaviness, and the fact it's shipped from China, makes this product vulnerable to damage. The exterior of the box I received shows some damage and there are many parts inside. The parts are individually bubble wrapped, so I hope there is no damage to them. I believe this should be made clear in any description that is provided to customers that order your products.

I ordered a burner with specific requirements. The burner was shipped to me with three aspects that didn't match my specifications. See the pictures. The burner on the right is the one that I needed them to match exactly. They said they could match it when I paid. I have been trying to contact the salesman for a couple of months. I received one phone call, and he had an attitude with me. He did not give me the information I needed to resolve the issue and he continues to ignore my emails and voicemails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
