So easy to get trapped into years of renewals for licenses for faulty, irritating products. To cancel, you have to go through this maze of windows. They make it easy for themselves to take your money. They make it difficult for you to cancel. It's impossible to get human support. They're really just the worst.

Purchased the Recoverit software (over $170 AUD) which just does not work and the company can not help to make it work so after months (not weeksd), they said that they can not give me refund because it is beyond the 30 day limit. I purchased the Media.IO head shot generator to get a reasonable profession photo for my wife. I input 6 good photos of her. They have my 50 photos. 85% were male! The photos that were female were not professional, added weird folds and wrinkles, and stretched the head in very strange ways. Not a single useable photo. I requested a refund and they refused. Steer clear, it is a waste of money and they do not stand by their 14 day money back guarantee that they advertise
They won't refund you money, 7 days refund policy for Dr. Fone is a scam. Also, Dr. Fone didn't help to unlock my Android phone. Dr. Fone just showed me the same information which is freely available on google search, which ofcourse didn't work for me and that's why I bought Dr. Fone on their false promise.

I signed up for a trial of their DemoCreator. You pay a hefty fee up front.
I cancelled the next day. The program was a bit clunky. I got a cancellation confirmation for the DemoCreator but was still billed. I checked my account status and saw that despite the confirmed cancellation my account was still active. I called the customer service and was given a run around. The lady said she saw my cancellation in the system but that I still had to cancel and couldn't get a refund because it is not in their policy.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for 20 minutes before the same lady came back to me a offer a refund after all.
Unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
In order to remove the watermark it is nesciasary to buy the upgrade for a year. They operate like a scam.
Poor funtionality. No meaningful support. Long response times. Just a waste of time.
I could not access the 7 day free trial as it is not avalible. So frustrating. I cannot play the clip with any other player. Playing the clip on full screen lead to my computer freezing. I had to shut down and restart during a presentation.
Just rubbish.
These have a very poor customer care. I purchase a product and sure something went wrong with the selection and was give the windows file instead of the Mac version. I have spent more that 1 day trying to get through to their chat box that doesn't have pre recorded chats on the products I purchased.
I am told to apply and get refund and purchase another after days and I still can't get headway as the product does not appear on the list of products in their chat box (Wonderhare PDF converter) to enable a refund.
In frustration, I placed a call for almost 5 minutes and no one answers considering how expensive international calls are. Their processes are cumbersome and interface are not friendly and simple. This is not acceptable.
My colleague also complained on her frustration when purchasing one.
A year ago I had mistakenly deleted some Jpg files from a SD card. I tried Wonderware who advertised FREE and b4 the end charged me a fee. Ok, it didn't recover the files properly, I was stupid to think it would. So I licked my wounds and went on about my life. Yesterday my bank was charged $69.99 by these crooks for a product I used once and didn't work then.
I contacted them and two of their customer service people: Paul and Pat both flatly refused to return the payment. Apparently in small print they had a automatic renewal. They claimed to have sent me a notice 15 days before which I am sure went to Spam since I had no intention of ever letting them screw me again.
Beware: 1. The product is junk and 2. The Company only wants your bank account so they can make money for nothing.
I have made a promise to trash them for the rest of my days. You are fortunate enough to see my first post. Stick around. I'm upset now, they will improve over time. Run don't walk away from this scam of a enterprise.

Downloaded the software and it crashed my computer and I was unable to recover any documents. I deleted software and asked for a refund and the company is giving me a hard time. Horrible customer service!
After paying for and downloading Wondershare PDF password remover I could not open it.
I took sequence of screenshots of the issue and started conversation with Customer service rep via text box.
"...Use 6 - 10 characters password...'she said "- while Wondershare screenshot I presented showed 6 - 16 characters password...After downloading and reseting password again I had same problem.
"...Give me your password I can try to reset it from my side..."she said?
I told her I'm not comfortable with that.
It continued in same manner so I asked for refund and was bombarded with multiple repetitions of same advice to reset password and delete and download again.
Waste of time & money.

You have it set up so whatever product you purchased is not listed on the refund chat. I will notify the attorney general about your shady practices if my money is not returned. I bought a perpetual license. Wondershare not only unilaterally took it away from me, they told me I had to purchase a second license based on a monthly subscription. In other words, they conned me out of $60.
I bought a months subscription of Wondershare Recoverit to recover a bunch of files that I had deleted accidentally. I ran the program only to find that it was unable to recover said files so I decided to request a refund. I tried to apply for refund the next day but discovered that the only way to do so was to call the support number. I decided to wait til Monday as it was the weekend but each time I have tried to call there have been no agents available to take my call. I am still well within the first seven days but it is seeming like there will never be any agents available so I will never receive the refund that I require. I am on a trip right now and cannot afford to pay for a program that did not work. It certainly seems like they make it impossible to get a refund by making it so that you cannot reach them. I am very annoyed and just want to get my money back.
Every month we had to contact the support center to complain about extra fees charged in our credit card. If we didn't pay attention to our credit card every month we would have lost a good amount of money. For a year we had issues with them. Never again!
Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
