I have taken Flimora annual subscription on 9 January2024 and they have charged me INR 4050 from my credit card.Then next month they have charged me INR 2K again and then next month again.
In order history they are showing that I have subscription for 3 months Pro version.
I don't have any customer support and suffering alot to get help from support team.My hard earned money is gone with Flimora subscription.If wondersharr support team still wants to help me

I can't afford this loss because my subscription has even been cancelled (uni to edit videos) and wondershare application (Flimora) is asking me pay more and get annual subscription again
I am a South African University student and tried the software for a project. I saw that it was expensive (nearly half of my monthly living budget) but with the 7 day free trail and 30 day money back guarantee, I was not to stressed. I was slightly suspicious when the money came directly from my account immediately but thought that I still have the 30 day money back. When I canceled it not 24 hours after purchase, they said my product is not eligible for money back. Even though the entire process of purchasing it, it was clearly stated as being eligible.
Their support staff was not helpful at all.
Avoid all of wondershare products as they do very shady business!
Wondershare worked adequately for 2 years for me during a time I was paying for a payed subscription. For the last 4 months, it simply refuses to save any information I save in any inputtable document, which makes this product worthless. Not only is there a "watermark" all over the document for this product which I am actually paying for, but it also doesn't save content that I am inputting into input fields. Unless I upgrade even more, it's made my current payed version utterly worthless.
I specifically typed shady, due to the product works great, the codes they force you to buy only last maybe
24-hours, forcing you to continually purchase more codes that don't work cause you already purchased and redeemed a code, they refuse to refund your money even if they acknowledge it, their website constantly states full refund, which is a lie, they refuse to refund you or your bank due to the knowledge your bank will, they claim their business is in the states which is just a front, the location is someones house, if you were to research all positive reviews you would find out they work for wondershare,
they just use shady business practices, just be vigilant and aware

I beg you not to download this client, its really not that useful and has no benefit over any other competittors like canva for example, also clipfish is way better.

Denied refunding me after I accidentally bought the wrong package which does not have a 7 day free trial (very misleading on the website), although the app did not even work for me! Very disappointing, this never happened to me before and the customer service did not show any understanding, just want the money.

No refunds ever possible (even if you have issues). Very bad experience and a total disappointment, especially after thinking I found a good software. But thanks to the technical support agent for trying to help me, but "company policy" did not allow us to resolve the issue. I don't recommend using their service, find something better.

PDF was working fine when I first bought it. Now I can't open any files, and consumer services states it's a 10-minute wait to speak to someone. I was on hold for 46 minutes and could never get in touch with someone. I tried to use the chat also, but they could not help. They sent me an email asking the same questions. I now can't get a refund because it has been over 30 days, and the product doesn't work at all for me. Can't even open a PDF on it.

Trash bought their recoverit to recover some deleted files...it took days and still had 50% to go. I uninstalled wiped my pc and reinstalled my apps manually. Used one drive to get back what i could.
This was 4 days after purchase before the 7 day deadline...they refused to issue a refund unless i wiped my pc again reinstalled their software and got screenshots of it taking all day.
Im pretty sure its enough people here for class action lawsuit their policy isnt that airtight...trash as well

After deleting Filmora, they left numerous background tasks and programs on my computer. After finally figuring out how to delete all of the left over files, I find certain wondershare programs reinstalled. I then had to install multiple programs to search thru every system file, and had to go through my computers registries, all the way down to the literal binary and clear it out. Even now, theres 2 log files left that my computer refuses to uninstall and are unable to be accessed by any program. I actually might have to do a fresh windows install. Huge bummer and huge scam.

Decided i didnt need filmora wondershare anymore so i cancelled on january 25th 2024. Looking at my statements i was charged again February 11th 2024. If i cancel my sub shouldn't all the addon services be cancelled as well? Scammy and over priced. When i inquired via email about a refund i first was sent an email that said a representative would reach out after i answered 4 questions. Did that twice and never got any response after that. Shady business model. Better products for editing out there at a better price.

To bring a cool experience, we did our best to compatibility Creative Assets (Boris FX & NewBlue FX & Filmstock & AI Portrait) within the Filmora directly, it would be free for use for 7 days, however, the user will be automatically charged monthly if he/she doesn't cancel it before the trial duration ends. You try to unsubscribe from their promotional emails, and you get "you're not subscribed to our newsletter". Nice "error" that allows them to send you 3 or 4 promo emails per week.

Was offered to purchase DVD Creator for 1/2 price - when I clicked on Pay Pal it charged me full price. Once I realized it, I tried to get the credit for the difference. While the company was fairly quick to reply, they asked me to produce the screenshot of the offer, which of course was gone as soon as I clicked on it! So, not at all helpful. I can only say, be very careful before you click to purchase.

I bought a subscription and after I bought it I got into the account and there was stated "no purchases were made". I was angry, but I forgot about it. The month later I got an email that I payed this company again. I logged into my account and couldn't cancel it. Moreover, even the "free" services did not work. The supporting centre did not answer my calls at all. It is a big scam, do not give these shtty people money. I imagine how many people like me were tricked. You deserve jail and I hope the police will take the case, I'll contact all the people below for that

Useless customer services, after an hour and a half the issue was not resolved an they refused to give me a new serial number. I have a lifetime app purchase.

My son and I signed up for their "free" trial and they charged my PayPal $80. I canceled it within 5 minutes once I saw that they charged me, filed a PayPal dispute, and tried speaking with Wondershare's customer service. They refused to refund their "free trial". THIS IS A SCAM and their customer service is appalling as they are slow to respond and are like talking to robots.

A LOT OF TIME WAS USED AND WITH GREAT DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN THE PROGRAM TO STUDENTS. TEXT INSURTIONS ARE TERRIBLE TO MASTER TRYING BURN A CD A CHORE. BEWARE AND READ THE REFUND WARRANTY CAREFULLY. Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
