I have been ordering from Full Beauty and Woman Within for several years. I can always find what I need and if they don't have it in stock, I do get a notification email. Since Covid -19, my delivery date has been as promised but I wait patiently, because I know my package is coming. No complaints
I am a larger person and have always enjoyed getting my packages from womanwith, but lately their customer service skills suck. They don't seem to care to make the customer happy anymore, they are just money hungry.
I have ordered from this company of over 15 years and have branched out to their companies as well, but now instead of 4.99 to return an item is 9.99 even after you were promised a free return label. What a crock. Waited on the phone for over an hour to get a price adjustment for something that went on sale and then told no I couldnt have it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS! You emailed the offer for the sale but again you couldn't honor what you offered. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU CAN! NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERED COMPANY
I was very disappointed with my order. The sizes did not match their claims. When I returned my order they charged me $26.06 For s&h. So I practically lost the above amount for their inconsistent sizes. I will never shop or recommend any one. Very bad service.

After being a loyal paying customer for about a year, my credit limit was reduced for no VALID reason. When I protested I received a canned response stating that it was due to "some" information they received from "some" credit reporting agency. Hmmmm, my credit score just recently increased so I am not sure what they are referring to.
I have paid all my bills on time but the powers that be at this retailer refused to listen to me and make any adjustments. Have I mentioned I have paid ALL my bills on time and at times I have paid even more than the minimum payment due?
No big loss to me in the end. I was never truly satisfied with their product descriptions and errors in sizing guidelines. There are plenty of online clothing retailers to choose from!

I can always find what I want at Woman Within! Great prices and selection. If you have a question about an item can call their toll free number and get assistance. Have always had great Customer service when I have called.
I emailed numerous times regarding my order which finally showed up a month later. It took double the estimated delivery time and never received a reply on any of my emails. They used to be a good company, not any more.
Tried to order a lounger and a dress. Was told if I had my card I would save shipping which is free four times a year. I called back with my card and was told my card was inactive- which I was never told. -suggested a get a new card which I did. But no free shipping on this order would get next time. Received a call today said they couldn't process my order on my new card. So I canceled the order. Such confusion, I'll pay a higher price for quality customer service. Will not order again.
If you place an order that has not been shipped yet, do not even think about cancelling it. They have to charge your card and ship it, then charge you $9.00 to use their return shipping mail label for something you never wanted. Call and the hold time is less than 15 minutes due to Covid. Understandable, I just put the phone down to wait. One hour and 43 minutes later I hung up. Repeated the next day. Over an hour again. But if you select to place a new order, they certainly can answer and then rude because you are not ordering something and just want to talk to a human. Excellent service LOL.
I ordered five pairs of the same shorts in different colors and they were invoiced at different prices ie: black was $11.99; French blue was $14.99 and khaki was $19.99. I was on hold for 40 minutes and when I called back I was hung up on in mid-conversation. I have been ordering from this company for 16 years but no more. They owe me $11.00 and a major apology. Woman within's customer service is in the toilet.
I tried to order 4 solid color slub pointelle cardigans today 5-19-2020, The prices for the cardigans were! 3.19 and $14.99, When I went to check out the prices had risen over $10 more for each cardigan. I called twice to ask for assistance and each assistant told me oh well that's the way it is. Never again will I trust them.
My account was closed and called to see why told me I had not ordered in awhile and could not re open because it was closed 10 days ago and had to call in 7 days to re open never let me know I only know because I tried to place an order don't think this is very fair also when companies close accounts does not look good on credit report
I haven't ordered from Woman Within for several years but I decided to purchase underwear. I was surprised and disappointed that the size was too large and the quality was terrible, the panties were different sizes and sewn unevenly with threads hanging. So to return this I have to get a virtual store credit minus the shipping fees I originally paid. But I'm so happy I didn't purchase the 10 pkg. I will never ever order from Woman Within again.

I received a gift card for my birthday last September. Turns out to be the worst gift ever!
It started with false pricing on items, which was finally rectified after numerous screaming phone calls.
Then, a return/reorder with no refund to my giftcard. When I finally got an answer about amount to be refunded, it was minus sales tax (which is illegal). CSR was rude and argumentative.
When I asked about exchange order I placed, he informed me it was not available in my size. I questioned why I wasn't notified and he said it was up to me to follow up. Cool, but try to get a response to an email. Doesn't happen.
What I really want is a cash refund for the gift card balance and to NEVER, EVER have to deal with this sham company again.

I got my items from WW on 10/28/19. Mailed it back for return on 12/21/19( quality of the items was bad). Called customer service on 1/7/2020. Representative told me my package came to them on 1/6/2020. (From Missouri to Texas 3 week?). But was told I can expect credit to my account within 5 days. On 1/10/2020 I received my package back from WW ( to mail it back from Texas to Missouri 3 days only!), I called customer service was told my return was "late return ". It is why I was disqualified from credit. Representative Jacob(ID *******) from Woman Within makes fun of me, because of my accent. How Women Within hire people to represent the company, who is making fun of the customers? Really bad experience, I hope people will stop buying from company who disrespect customers. Bad customer service, bad experience, not quality products.
Purchased a stadium jacket on 10/25/19. Yesterday I noticed the sleeve lining was pulled apart and frayed. I contacted customer service to be told that I could not return the item as it was over the 60 day return policy. I stated that if the item was defective it should be returned. I would have liked a replacement. I was told I couldn't return it. I asked to speak the a manager. Upon talking to that person I was told that the item could not be returned as it was past the 60 days. As I do not wear the jacket daily I can not say when the sleeve lining started to pull apart. I called immediately upon seeing the lining. I believe that a company should stand by the quality of their product. I am very disappointed with Woman Within.
I have been shopping with Woman Within since their inception. A couple of weeks ago, I received back two pair of booties that I had ordered, did not fit and returned TWELVE DAYS too late. That was my mistake as I thought that the allowable time for return was 90 days. The supervisor refused to budge on accepting them back even though they are STILL selling them in their catalogs and on the website. I could see if the seasons had changed, or they no longer carried them. I'm just really disappointed after having been a customer for so long. I'm now stuck with two pair of $80.00 booties I cannot wear. Then today I placed an order for 2 clearance items that I saw in a catalog, and 2 items from the clearance section of the website. I had a promo for $2.99 shipping from the catalog that would not work. Sooo... after calling and asking why, (and holding for 8 minutes) I was told that I could not use it because I could only use it for items that I ordered with catalog numbers and would have to place two separate orders. Ugh! I am really disappointed in their practices and their treatment of long time customers.
I placed an order for three items online. I received two of the items but the third was shipped separately. I was given a Fed Ex tracking number that didn't work and a delivery date of a week ago. Still have not received the order. I contacted the company via their website but never received a response. I checked the status of the order again and they now show a delivery date of next week. The tracking number is still incorrect so no way to check to see if the order has even shipped. In addition - I was supposed to receive 60% off per an email they sent me but the discount was only applied to the cheapest of the three items. This company is a real rip-off and they have no idea of what customer service is. I would NEVER shop here again.
I placed an order with Woman Within, my first time shopping and my last. I ordered several shirts and leggings and the web site told me the order ships within 7 business days. What it didnt make clear is it ships within 7 business days of the order being processed. How long does -that- take? However long they wish. They did not even contact me to let me know that some of my items were on back order. I only found out after I had to do some digging to find out where my order was. As far as I know it STILL has not been processed. They were able to send me TONS of advertisements but not one email that my items wont be arriving for xmas. I can see now, having belatedly read all the other comments, that Woman Within just simply does not care. I have written them to complain but all I get are standard cold canned responses. Which are NOT at all helpful. I would like to know WHEN to expect my order. I do not think that is too much to ask considering I ordered two weeks ago. I dont even know if they will be here by christmas or not. I would never recommend this company. You are much better off shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
