Received a private FB message saying I won a million dollars a new washer as well as other items. Then told in order to receive prizes I needed to Western Union them $199.99 in 24 hrs to a bank of their choice to cover taxes and to cover my 2% for something to do with Obama. Not exactly sure what she was trying to say because the grammar was so poor. She even changed FB profile picture and asked me not to tell anyone I won until my money was safe in the bank. Blocking this site, HUGE SCAM!
I was contacted by womens freebies via email that I had won. It was a pro facial buffer and cleanser system. I got it about 4 days later. They never asked me for money. If you get instant message from someone claiming to be them, then yes, you were scammed. Probably by someone who saw your name on one of their posts. They will email you for your address.
I was contacted by Sarah McKintyer by text saying I won 2million dollars, a Jeep Wrangler and other prizes. All I had to do the first time was wire them 280.00 then the next day they wanted me to get a check with the gold seal for 1250. 00. I received so many texts and phone calls it was unreal. I talked to a Denise Richard, Joseph White, James Franklin, Dave York and many more people. Their were phone calls from Texas, Pennsylvania, Long Beach, Jamica, Texas and other states. They gave me an address for Bank of America to send then the money. I called BOA and they told me that this was not an account number and there was no bank at the address. The bank has reported them for fraud and the Better business Bureau is doing the same thing. Don't let them scam you like they have so many people. Delete them and never tell them anything when you get a text from them. I went through this for 3 days. I told them I was reporting them and finally they quit calling and texting me. Don't believe anything they tell you!
I have tried numerous times to win a pair of
Nikes and all I do is fill out surveys. I am a senior lady and disabled. I would love a pair of green 8 1/2 nikes please.
*******@Comcast.net
I was messaged twice, once by Denise Richards and once by Jhenelle... they both tried to tell me that I had won large amount of money and a prize. They wanted me to send money in order to claim my prize. When I told them NO I was told some thing rude to do. Stay away from this group.
I too was contacted via messenger with a women freebies representative... I was skeptical from the beginning but played along as u never know... Same thing as everyone above though... Bad grammar as well as many mid spelled words are a dead give away! I was told I won 1 mil and a 2015 Chevrolet! She wanted to know how I felt! Lol. Here is the message: Please note Woman Freebies is never a joke and if you are a big fan of our company you should know this is not a joke but a reality also to let you know you have your legal rights to claim or forfeit your check OK! Within (24) twenty four hours... OK we are in the process of getting your paper work completed so please provide me with your present address that we are going to make presentation to along with your phone number so you can be contacted throughout the claiming process. Then she asks: OK so do you have you confirmation claimers receipt with your 10 MTCN Numbers of approval so that we can verify with the IRS that you've legally made a claim on to your prize? Ummmm how would I have this information?! Then this: by picking up this receipt it will show that you are 100% eligible to receive your prize and will also show that you have already taken care of your (2%) (please note this is NOT two percentage out of your winnings) two percentage of taxes that is required to take care of by the winner 98% of all takes have already been taken care of by the Obama trust funding inc., which leaves you with 2% that should be taken care of by the winner at the western union or money gram! Lol OBAMA?! We are not forcing you to believe every winner have their legal rights, your winnings is over $300,000.00 it's hard to by pass otherwise their will be a red flag or a breach in the system its only for you to pick up your receipt and head home ASAP! Her so called name was Suzy spencer... Sad people r so shallow! I have learned through time not to get my hopes up! So thankfully nice to dream but truly that's all it is...
Messaged me on Facebook said I won $500,000 and a Ford van in a choice of my color, that I had to go get a form ASAP So I was able to receive my winnings, hmmm too good to be true. Wanted to know if I had a bank account
I don't understand why some reviewers say it's a scam on Facebook but give it a 4 0r 5 star rating. Has anyone else also been hit with "you're computer has been infected... please call this number to fix"? My mother has been repeatedly and was scammed into giving them money and getting her computer taken over. There may be a real WomanFreebies.com but the one on facebook is bad news.
Yes i was notified that i had won. A large amount of cash washing machine. And some other stuff. I feel like if i won. Y do i have to pay. They told me once i get the receipt. They will show up at my door with n 3 1/2 hrs. Just doesnt feel right.
Wife was told she won $1,000,000, car and a mixer, but to send money. Why is no one shutting these people down?
I know there are scammers out there who do not care about anyone's good name! I feel that a woman fishing for a sucker is using your site for a quick buck!
I am messaging this Amy Blanchard on Facebook she said that I won 1,300,000 and a 2015 Volvo and I need to pay $319.53 and to go to Wells Fargo and it seams so real I really neep help cause I went to Wells Fargo Bank and they said it could be a scam idk what to do shes still messaging me as this moment I told her this is a scam she is saying no that the delivery guys are waiting for confirmation of my signature idk
Contacted on Facebook messenger by Denise, chatted on "messenger", then told me I had won $120,050 Ford Mustang and a $15,000 patio set (quite the imagination, our Denise) She eventually wanted me to go to Wal-Mart and get a certificate and pay at least $264.
Received a phone text on 06/14/2015 from an agent from Woman's Freebies telling me that I have been selected as a winner of a $1,000,000.00 certified cashiers check, a 2015 Ford Focus, a grill and a Kitchen Aide mixer
At first I was a little bit sceptical but I thought maybe my luck is starting to turn around for the better
I have signed up for numerous drawings to try to get some free stuff but was never picked
So as stupid as I am, I decided to go along with this
I was told by the girl that texted me that I need to send in some money to cover the delivery charges thru Western Union
($390.00 plus $28.00 for processing)
The girl's name is Ashley Brister of WI
Then I got a call from her supervisor James Franklin wanting to congratulate me
So once they got the money I was now told that I need to over night a check for $3,000.00 which would not be cashed until I receive my winnings
I did as instructed by James but I put a hold on it just to play it safe
(Now during all of this, getting numerous calls from James telling me and insuring me that I would be 100% reimbursed the $418.00 at the time of delivery)
I was told that the check I sent was to cover taxes from the IRS for the money I have won
It was sent to Jackie Capone in Edmond, OK
By the next day I get a call from James asking me why I put a hold on the check and I told him why
He wasn't very happy with me and he said that he had to rip up the check, I then immediately called my bank to cancel and stop payment on that check
Now another day goes by and I get a call from James again saying that I have to make out another check for the same amount but this time to Jennifer Bowling in Centerline, MI and that he had promised that he will not have it cashed until I receive my winning money and deposit it in the bank
Well, I did it, but I again put a hold on the check
A day passed by and I get a call from, guess who, James
Telling me that they got the check and that I need to make out 1 more check for the amount of $1,700.00 to cover the balance of the taxes on the winning money
That's when I decided that, this is enough, I am going to do something about this
I started to get a little more anxious and nervous about all of the process
I had told James that I have had enough of this and that I now want my money back as soon as possible through the Western Union
That was yesterday morning
I haven't heard from him since
I have tried to call, leave messages for him to call me and tried texting him
He's not answering the phone, not excepting voice mails and not taking any text messages neither
Now this is a week and 4 days ago when this has all started
I am hoping that you can in some way to either give me some advice, incouragement and help to get this all behind me
I just wanted to make life easier and better for my family, that's all
I was contacted on fb, told I had won 500,000.00 and 2015 Ford fusion, asked me what color balloons I wanted what kind of roses I like then asked me for a 279.00 reciept. Scam. Scam. Scam
I was contacted this morning saying I won several thousands of dollars, and a volvo car. Her name was Denise White at Womanfreebies, almost had me into going to a Western Union and sending money. I asked what do I say when I get there, my phone rang and it was a man that I had a very hard time understanding, very pushy kept telling me get in your car I talk to you all the way to Western Union. I said just give me a number and I will call you when I arrive nope, I stay on line with you, I said it will take me 35 minutes to get there, that okay I stay on line. I said I don't think so. Then he goes send me your cell number I call it, so I go back to my computer and Denise ask me for my cell, I wouldn't give it to her so she goes BYE!. I must say they are really good almost got me. The only thing that I regret is that I sent my home number.
How is it that you can advertise to get samples or products for free and then after the sign up process, you receive nothing? What type of scam is this company running?
Fraud company... Looking to steal people's. Money... I was told you could win money when pay them money. Hello you don't pay to win money...
Someone from Women Freebies contacted me tonight on Facebook telling me that I just won the grand prize that included a Ford F150 a tablet and $50,000 cash. After looking up on the website and stating they will not friend request I knew that this was a def. SCAM. After continued pressure to go to Walmart and send a Western Union for $246 I told them I could not send that amount right now and they said send $100 and contact us via. Text when this is sent out. I continued to play along and told them the money would be going to my local police department hoping that would scare them down but didn't seem to faze the man who called himself James Whyte. Who's number is *******276. Just hope this helps others who may think they have won the big grand prize from women freebies..

Answer: I have not won anything from woman frebbies. I was contacted by someone who said I had won something from women freebies. That was a scam. The website didn't have the blue checkmark like their website does. So if it doesn't have the blue checmark then it is a scam. So be careful what you respond to.
Answer: Ellen, I'm afraid the only thing you can do is report it to the BBB, and any Internet scam organizations. I as well as others have been called by this company sayings we won a million dollars and other gifts, but send various amounts of money first. "SCA
